I ran into a conflict with the timing of my medication being dispensed and I was in a terrible hurry with a flight to catch. James had to reach out to my doctor, resolve the dispensing issue and then processed everything I needed. I was beyond relieved and extremely grateful for his professionalism and sense of urgency. Rexall is by far the best pharmacy I've dealt with. Thank you, James and staff for all you do to keep me and my family, healthy.

They never get things right. Always losing prescriptions. You get random calls saying that your prescription is ready for pickup, and you go there just to be told that you are not due for a few more week. When the time comes, they ask you why you didn't pick it up sooner cause it's been in the basket for a few week and they had to put it back away. Now you have to wait, sometimes a couple of days cause they are very busy.... I am now changing locations.

Large pharmacy with long hours and plenty of stock. I always find what I'm looking for here. Parking is free and plentiful.

Cashier was very rude. Didn't even acknowledge me, she was chatting with someone who wasn't making a purchase. Worst customer service I've had in a long time.

Best pharmacy in the area. Staff was fast, friendly and knowledgeable. They even explained me my prescription to help me understand what it means and how to get the best out of it.

I shop Rexall on Tuesday to benefit the seniors discount. I did not have my “Be Well” card with me today and the clerk advised me the discount would not apply on my purchase. Isn’t the card the customers option to obtain points . Not impressed.

The pharmacist helped me out hugely!! I didn't realize they closed at 8:00pm, and I went in with a prescription for a sinus infection at around 7:56pm. He said that he couldn't help because they're closing in 4 minutes. I explained that I drove across town to get the script filled, so he did it for me anyways. I was really really sick and just wanted to be back at home, not finding another pharmacy. I really appreciated that he helped me and didn't turn me away.
