Fraud fraudThey booked and appointment and charged me $335 and the day i went to give test they were closed.never gave me refund.total waste of time.

Very nice and clean environment for students to be, teachers are nice and patient.

Please do not take your exam in this academy.The staff of academy is so unprofessional and they don’t even know how to talk to their clients.Also, there is no way contact this academy. They don’t reply to your emails and phone calls. Even their voicemail is also full. I went from Mississauga to Richmond so that I can contact them And cancel my exam that is going to happen on 30 July and the lady who met me at the door didn’t even let me into the academy. She locked the door and said you can’t enter as if I were going to harm her. She said only candidates are allowed to enter. In fact, When I asked her to give me some Alternate contact no. She said she don’t have any and referred me to the email and ph no. Written on information board where I had already tried lots of time. She asked for my details so that she can transferred it to back office. I still haven’t got any reply because she was just trying to get off me. Now, This academy seems fraudulent to me.

The best location of IELTS I have ever seen. Everything is spacious, clean and comfortable. The sound is very clear during listening (headphones are very comfortable as well). Customer service is really amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Very nice and clean classroom. The staffs and teachers here are very friendly and helpful. For sure they know what they are doing and can absolutely help your children to achieve their goals. Looking forwards to their oncoming new campus!

Very unprofessional System. I gave my Ielts exam on 17 nov and today is 29, I am still waiting for my provisional results. As per the instructions result for computer based exam suppose to be released within 3-5 days. Here I am trying to contact them from last 8 days thru emails and contact numbers. But no one is responsible for enough to reply back my emails.Disgusting and very much annoyedBy whoever is responsible forAll this inconvenience.
