We have been patients of Dr. Kim since he took over the practice from Dr. Low. We have been very happy, a professional practice, friendly staff and Kwon is very approachable. Daughters, wife and I highly recommend.

I went into Tavistock Dental for an issue with extreme sensitivity in one of my teeth. The entire process went smoothly, and the dentists made sure that all of my concerns were addressed. They ensured that I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure, making sure that I was doing well and couldn't feel anything at all. After the surgery, I was prescribed the appropriate antibiotics and pain medication to make sure that the healing process was as smooth as possible. I ended up going back a few days later to have an extremely minor height adjustment, which they were able to do immediately when I reached out, with no trouble whatsoever. Very glad to have gone here for the entire procedure!They were also fantastic with our 3 year old on her first visit, who is usually very shy.I would definitely recommend the team here!

Don't go here! Do not go here! My wife went in and had 1 tooth pulled out, I have NEVER seen my wife in soooooo much pain! She was given NO PAIN AFTERCARE. I Have not ever seen her in this much pain and discomfort in the 10 years we have been together! Check this out, she was worked on WITHOUT AN ASSISTANT! Can you believe that! I think it's actually the law to have an assistant! She wasn't told about the excruciating pain for at least 3 days, also she has an infection which usually happens with dental work that's why most if not all dentists prescribe antibiotics with the pain control medications.This dental practice will let you down if something happens to you this dental practices policy seems to be treat em and get them out the door quick with NO follow-up and NO antibiotics and believe it or not, get this, NO PAIN ConTROL! When my wife left messages there has been NO CALLS back. Do yourself a big favor just go to next dentist, or the one across the street from this disaster. Terri Mason is my wife.
