The last two weeks I have been to superior a hand full of time to get added accessories to my truck. They are very efficient and prices are reasonable. Cooper in parts has helped us a lot. He takes the time to explain everything and makes sure you’re satisfied when you leave. I still have a few things to add to my truck and wouldn’t think about going anywhere else.

We had our front end repaired after an accident. The other repair shops didn't come close to matching the meticulousness shown during the estimate. They made sure all the needed parts were in and the job was done quickly to minimize time without a vehicle. Mike went above and beyond dealing with our insurance and making sure we received original Toyota parts. The work and service was top notch! 5 STAR

I am a repeat customer and chose to have a recent collision repaired here against my insurance companies request for another shop. BIG MISTAKE. Chris refused to own up to the tear/cut his techs left on my drivers side door leather armrest (a $488 job he wanted me to pay out of pocket for). He stated it was an “elbow wear mark” the photos show that the cut/tear is obviously fresh and not consistent with normal wear and also is nowhere near where my elbow is seated when driving (the rest of my car has almost no wear anywhere lol). After trying to support a local business I was met with refute , denial and dishonesty. Regardless of which tech caused the damage, as an owner Chris should man up and pay for what happened. Last time I will use this business and also last VW I will ever drive as they do business with VW. For Shame - also Cooper came out and said it has happened with other customers before which tells me they blame the customer for any mistakes they make. They had my car for over a week. An honest shop would have replaced the damage without my knowledge and returned the car as it was.
