Le service à la clientèle laisse fortement à désirer. Je suis venu pour y faire une location. Je suis parti les mains vide. 5 min d'attente à l'accueil pour me faire dire par le réceptionniste qu'il n'y a qu'une la seule employé sur le plancher et qu'elle est déjà occupé. On me demande d'attendre un temps indéterminé ou de revenir un autre jour. Très ordinaire. Je n'y retournerai plus.

Excellent service. Was with my mother in law getting a Rollator , and received excellent service from Jean-Francois. Knowledge excellent of products and very professional. Did not rush us to purchase. He was kind and courteous. He did not add stress to our already stressful lives. Very impressed.

I bought an item there that was never used and I returned it in its original packaging and it is clearly not used. They said they would not refund nor did they offer a credit. The owner refused to talk to me so that O could explain why it was returned so late. Absolutely terrible customer service. I will never buy anything there and I will tell everyone I know that they are unfair. All they care about is taking advantage of the elderly and taking your moneyAs far as the response goes. I am aware that you did not have to take the item back because it was that long ago that i bought it. But when I bought the item the person pushed the sale on me and told me that it fits all toilettes and guess what it did not work on my parents toilette. Just because you dont have to take it back doesn't mean you couldnt take it back and offered a credit. I am not talking about my rights I am talking about common courtesy. Which you do not have because you cant even answer my review in the language that I put it in. Vimont has many anglophones and alophones that you are making money off of. Maybe you should have a little more respect for your clients.
