Worst services ever. Always late, dont follow instructions, sends the wrong supplies.

Really bad , I’m sick and they want me to remove wrapping from the skids , they said they will refuse the load if , I will not go there

Poorly managed company, lacking general workers so they want truck drivers to do the warehouse work.They wanted me to unwrap the offloaded skids.When i denied, the receiver told me he s gonna take 3 hours to offload my trailer (on purpose).Then they lied to my dispatch in an e mail, saying i was showing attitude to the receiver.

On time delivery by a good distribution centre.

This is a great place to consider if you have quick shopping in mind as a priority. I have been to here three times and I must say, this place is very well maintained. The staff were very polite and friendly and their service was great. The prices of products are very reasonable compared to other stores, in my opinion. I had very good experience with a cashier here. He was very friendly and provided me with help when I needed to get the heavy stuff moved. Meat and other refrigerated products are stored well in hygienic conditions and it doesn't stink. The inside of the store is very well maintained and I find it appealing for a better shopping experience.

The people work there no respect and bad customer service

Very bad experience. They have no respect for truck driver's. Wanted me to come inside and do labour/shipper's job. Just stay inside ur truck and rest they will eventually unload but would take forever. Bad place and people. They only happy when u come inside. Stupid staff.

Customer service over email wasn't bad, however it wasn't good either. They also stopped responding to my other inquiries once they received payment for my current order.I live in the area so I decided to pickup my order and my experience with the warehouse staff wasn't good to say the least, frankly they were rude.Overall a bad experience, I've held back for months regarding writing a review but after finding a new vender to order from. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for what you need, if possible.
