My husband and I recently found ourselves dealing with a nasty tenant causing a lot of stress in our lives. I reached out to Parisa for guidance on the matter so we could better understand our rights as a landlord. From the start Parisa was very accommodating. Parisa felt our urgency and made time for a consultation on a Sunday of a long weekend! During our consultation; we felt comfortable and heard. Parisa took her time to listen and never made us feel rushed. Parisa truly showed concern for our family and made sure to let us know she would be guiding us through every step of the way while at the same time teaching us. She provided us with the confidence to effectively evict the tenant in 24hrs. She went above and beyond for us and instantly gave us a much needed stress relief. we couldn't recommend her more and are so thankful for all her help and support.

Our regular lawyer wasnt available, so I was able to get an appointment here the same day I called. In fact, she accommodated me even though I showed up quite early. Which was a huge plus! The process was fast and easy, but it was very cut and dry which is fine.... just, at times was awkward when it was completely silent for long periods of time. Different personalities I guess. I just felt the circumstance that brought us in was already weighing on me so the interaction may have come off quite curt. When you're paying $200 just for a signature, it's easy to feel like you're just someone's pay cheque. Especially if they make no effort to talk to you. But again, different personalities. Maybe her coaching services are better?

I have never met someone as humane as Parisa! She is exceptional and a big motivation for me. I can tell you for a fact that she is the best legal service you can get.
