Champs Boxing Studio
I've been working myself up to taking the plunge on putting my health first not just for me but so I can live a long and healthy life for my daughter. The support and encouragement I've experienced by just my 2nd class is enough to make me committed. This is where I'm meant to be and the staff are so kind, knowledgeable, helpful, intuitive (thank you Cheryl for your phone call!), and patient when I needed help.

Been going to this studio for 5 weeks now, and I love it! The KO Classic class is a blast, and a great workout. All the coaches I've met and have lead the classes have been great. They are very empowering. It's a very welcoming environment too, which I was worried about before I went to my first class!

Champs Boxing Studio
Champs boxing is awesome place if you’re looking to do group boxing classes or individual boxing lessons. They have a couple different classes for all skill levels: K.O and The Final Count Down are two examples. I have had the pleasure of visiting both the downtown location and Chappelle location. Both are very clean facilities with excellent equipment heavy bags are a must if you want to hit hard and get your frustrations out.

I went to Taylor C's KO class and it was absolutely amazing!! That was the best workout I've had in a long time, she was very motivating, setting a great atmosphere, had me dripping in sweat and had the best beats to workout to! Highly recommend!!

Champs second location in Edmonton! Good for beginners or experienced folks who want to learn or find tune their skills. There's several types of classes you can sign up for and all the instructors and staff are super supportive and friendly. Just an incredible community to be a part of!

EJ is an awesome instructor! He is motivating and has incredible energy, and the best playlists. The boxing classes are the most fun you'll ever have doing a HIIT workout.

I’ve been trying boxing classes for a week. I absolutely love it so much!!! The instructors and staffs are friendly and the studio is very clean. Highly recommend people who want to sweat
