We had the pleasure of being Alicia Collier's clients during our search for an apartment. We could not be happier with her service! Alicia was thorough, efficient and extremely accommodating to our busy schedules.My husband and I work late hours and were not always able to come to showings at certain times, it was also difficult for both of us to be there at the same time through out the whole process. Alicia was beyond understanding of how difficult it was for us to coordinate our schedules and did her best to help us with that.Alicia spent a great time explaining the process to me and going over the paper work. Not to mention, she was always a phone call away. She went above and beyond for us, and she did it with a smile on her face! I like the place and the service staff but their heaters are currently malfunctioning.They're supposed to automatically turn off at 23°C but they have been shutting down at 19°C. Sometimes lower. And the thermostat panel which is supposed to show our room temperature was not installed when we moved in.We are waiting for them to have it installed so that we can show them that our room has been colder than it's supposed to be.They sent a maintenance guy right when the heaters were unsually on instead of while the heaters were malfunctioning.

**EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED**My experience at Mintz river Apartment (2.5 years), managed by Hazelview Property, has been deeply disappointing. The head management's lack of attentiveness and disregard for tenant issues and inquiries is truly disheartening. For instance, despite reaching out to them numerous times regarding my neighbor's persistent smoking of weed and cigars on the balcony, they didn't take a single action. This not only violated their own policy that prohibits smoking on balconies but also prevented me from opening my balcony door for fresh air. It is frustrating to live in an environment where the management shows no concern for the well-being and comfort of their tenants.I feel obligated to warn others about the subpar head management at Mintz river Apartment. Their apathy towards tenant concerns is evident in their dismissive attitude and lack of responsiveness. Despite the appealing lobby decorations, the actual living conditions inside the apartment complex leave much to be desired. The failure to address crucial issues like smoking violations demonstrates a clear lack of professionalism and care on the part of the management team.Based on my regretful experience, I strongly advise against choosing Mintz river Apartment as your place of residence. The inefficient and uncaring head management at Hazelview Property creates an unsatisfactory living environment. Don't be fooled by the superficial charm of the lobby; the interior reality is far from appealing. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by exploring other housing options that prioritize tenant well-being and provide responsive and responsible management. Your peace of mind and comfort should never be compromised, and unfortunately, Mintz river Apartment fails to deliver on these crucial aspects.
