Dave Merkley roofing was fantastic. They were very busy but put us in the queue to get our tired roof re-shingled before winter. Very reasonable, professional and the crew was quick and efficient with the job completed in one day.Jackie Merkley was quick to answer our questions and did a great job communicating when materials would be delivered and when the job would be scheduled.The new roof looks great and the site was left clean when the crew left.The Dave Merkley crew are professionals.Great job!

My 92 year old dad was very pleased with the emergency roof patch and full roof replacement resulting from a fallen tree. The insurance claim process was painful. Merkley roofing was responsive and the clean up was very thorough. The replacement cost was thousands below one of their competitors. Definitely would recommend them. I hired this company for roof repair and was told they were very busy and be at least a month before they could come. I asked if they could somehow squeeze me in sooner because I had a tarp on the roof and was nervous about another storm.They had the job done in a week and were very professional and cleaned up very well. Very pleased with the job done.

Very good service. Installed new roof a couple of years ago and some vents has started to curl up. Dave’s crew was there ASAP to repair the roof. I have used them twice already and very happy with their work.

So I go online this morning in search of a roofing company to come and fix some shingles the high winds damaged yesterday. I find many results and decide to call Dave first, since the website was well organized, BBB accredited and I got a good sense of professionalism about the company. Well, my good sense faded quickly when Dave called me back and said that they are very busy, since calls have been coming in all morning. OK. I understand that. It's the next thing he said that got me. He asked me how old my roof was. I told him it was 3 years old, to which he replied, well, I'm too busy, sorry. I never asked for him to come right away! Therefore this lead me to believe that he was after the bigger jobs, and rejected anything else. Since my roof is only 3 years old, there is no way that the whole roof would need to be redone, therefore I was rejected. Most likely if my roof was 10 years old or older, he would consider the job, since there would be a chance that he could convince me to get the whole roof redone. My opinion is that this company is money hungry and does not treat all customers the same way.

They did a very good job for replacing my roof. Organized, considerate and work hard. Very nice and helpful guys. Reasonable price. Highly recommend!

This is the second roof that we have done with this company. Very good job both times. Very professional crew, and service. Did not rush the job, and took the time with every detail. Very careful to clean up at the end of each day. I would highly recommend them anytime.

Following our recent high wind storm I called the company and Dave said they were extremely busy with a high volume of calls with damaged roofs. No promises but it could be over a week before they could get to me. Well I just wanted to take the time to inform you that your staff were here this morning which was a very pleasant surprise since you had so many calls to service. The three guys were terrific and got the job done without any delay and were very professional and pleasant to talk with.They were up onto the roof very quickly and without delay assessed the damage and repaired in it very short order.I think it's important to comment on a job well done in today's world.People sometimes are very quick to jump on the criticism bandwagon and equally as quick to forget compliments and appreciation when a job is well done. I know you said it could be next week before you got to my situation of ripped off tiles in the windstorm because of the high call volume but you got your staff here speedily this week. So you and your staff deserve a great round of thank you's and appreciation for getting the job done so quickly and efficiently.I would not hesitate in recommending you and your company to anybody in the future.Thank You,Keith McIntyre

The staff and crew were great to work with. Quality options and very responsive to our needs. There’s no need for us to get a roof every year but we sure made the right decision when when we needed one.

Dave's team put a new roof on our house 6 years ago. He was the only contractor who told us up front that our old skylight would not be able to be reused and we appreciated knowing we would have that cost up front and not getting a surprise like most of our neighbours who ended up with extra cost and living with a tarp over the hole where their skylight had been while waiting for a new one to come in. Recently the wind storm took off a section of our roof and even though it was a busy time for all the roofers we were told someone would come as soon as they could. Two days later our roof was fixed by a very efficient polite guy who has worked for Dave for over 20 years. We've appreciated the service and workmanship we've experienced dealing with Dave Merkley Roofing.
