I have been utilizing Voyer Law's services for nearly two years now and, having never used legal services before, I was expecting the lawyers we all hear about and see in movies. I don't think I have ever been more pleasantly surprised. Kellen has repeatedly gone out of his way to ensure our studio's interests are protected and pursued properly, and I have no doubt we would not be here today without his help. I cannot recommend Voyer Law enough.6/5.

My business partner and I were in the process of starting a new brand and website studio called Foster Creative. We reached out to a number of legal firms to assist us with contracts and partnership agreements. During this process, my partner and I were unable to find a firm we really meshed with until we found, Voyer Law Corporation.Kellen and his team were extremely helpful and professional, they have a lot of experience working with creative studios so that was a nice bonus. They assisted my partner and I with developing a Privacy Policy for our website as well as a Contractor agreement.Throughout the process they were patient answered all of our questions while navigating through all the legal jargon, created a custom package that fit our needs, responded to us in a timely manner as well as offered legal advice that put our business start up concerns at ease.The experience was very smooth and efficient; working with them was a pleasure and we highly recommend Voyer Law Corporation for anyone within the Design and Creative industry.

Voyer offered me $1000 to delete this review, how many clients have they mistreated and then paid off to stay quiet?Although Voyer Law did not complete the contracts in the time that they told me they would, that is not the basis of this poor review.Voyer Law is either an incompetent law firm or they tried to scam me out of $800. Although I had paid the agreed upon amount, Voyer contacted me months later and told me I owed money based on the flat fees we had agreed to. I told them I had paid the amount that we had agreed. I got an answer that I was wrong and still owed money and that I should pay to have the issue end amicably. I sent them back an answer that I was going to report them to the Law Society of BC, only then did they apologize and acknowledge that I did not owe anything.How many clients has Voyer done this to, and how many have paid thinking that the lawyer they hired would tell them the truth?Voyer claims this was all a mistake, but even if that is true, do you want to hire a contract lawyer that cannot even be bothered to double check a contract before demanding extra money out of a client when the client says that they have paid in full?EDIT: In response to the owners message below.This was not a simple mistake. This was the head of a law firm that is paid for the expertise in writing contracts being too lazy to check a contract before asserting to a client that they owed more than they did, despite the client saying that they did not owe more. There are no steps to take internally beyond reading contracts before telling a client they are wrong about what is in the contract, which should have been a policy from the start of the law firm's existence.Also, I see that the owner changed their response. I was never offered any refund for what happened, I was offered $1000 to delete the review. Before I posted the review there was no offer of any refund"."
