Kyle was incredibly easy to work with. I had a tough job over a cliffside with a lot of obstacles, and that required blocking the road and communicating with neighbors which he took care of completely. He was patient, friendly, and took care of the job perfectly. His crane equipment is larger than most and can handle difficult scenarios. I would definitely hire this business again.

Kyle and his team were amazing. We had a tree that needed to be removed in a tricky location. They maneuvered the crane in to position with mm's to spare. Minimal damage to the surrounding area. They were professional, on time, easy to work with and kept to the quote!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Coastal Crane Works to anyone.

Kyle was knowledgeable, easy-going and scheduled us the week we wanted to move our swim spa. Somehow managed to get his crane truck up our long curving driveway, impressive on its own. Then maneuvered around our obstacles, safely placing our swim spa between the garden wall and garage.

I recently purchased a hot tub in Nanaimo that I needed a crane to move it from there backyard and another at my house to move it into it's new home. I hired a local crane service in Nanaimo and Coastal Crane Works here in Victoria. The crane in Nanaimo was over 4 hours late arriving with very little communication. While I was waiting Kyle called me to see if I was going to make it back in time for him to move it in to place at my house. I had rented a trailer that needed to be returned that evening and would have had to man handle a 1000lbs tub off the trailer. Kyle went out of his way to help me get the hot tub off the trailer so that It could be returned.I will definitely call Kyle at Coastal Crane Works the next time I need something moved.
