Arron is an excellent realtor, and I highly recommend him. We have moved, sold and purchased many homes over the years in different cities. During those times we have had good realtors, terrible ones, and everything in between. Aaron is far-and-away the best. We purchased our home with him. He is friendly and personable, but when it comes down to it he knows his business. He is aware of the area and was able to direct us away from problem homes and locations. Because he assessed our needs he also steered us towards homes we wouldn't have looked at otherwise, and they turned out to be worthwhile. Aaron was always accessible, responded promptly, and was on top of everything. He was connected and had access to proper home inspectors, lawyers, gave us a good assessment on the market and met every appointment. He took care of many extras along the way and proved a level of knowledge that isn't common among realtors. While caring and easy to talk to, he has a business mentality: this clearly isn't a side-job for him, it is a profession and Aaron treated it as such. We have had realtors in the past that were quick to make a sale, quick to make a buy, and negotiating or putting in the work wasn't worth it to them. Aaron is the opposite. He works and puts his client's interests first.

Aaron went above and beyond for us in helping us find our house in Kamloops. We have never come across such honest, down to earth advice that made our experience very painless. And we have moved around a lot!!! He provided so many extras from talking to our neighbours to FaceTime meetings to providing us with a hot tub tutorial from the pool company and even little treats and activities to make our kids feel at home too.
