Canada Post

Highly unprofessional!The stuff their should be trained properly how to provide Canada post service.They accepted letters to the country for which the service was suspended. Why?????!!!!! You should check firstly is you can send these letters to the requested country, and then accepted for delivery. I got my letters back and even cannot get my money back for the service that wasn't provided! What a shame to Canada Post!

Worst experience ever. A lady named Grace was extremely disrespectful and shouted at me. Canada Post, please at least make sure all employees respect all customers who did nothing wrong.

What a joke. I went there with a printed out label and I bought a shipping package bag to put my item in. This lady named Grace told me that I need to bring my own tape next time cause they don’t want to spend money using their own tape.... come on... I’m using your service and buying your package bags and you can’t afford to give me a piece of tape.....? Step it up Canada post. Teach your employees what customer service is.

There is a asian lady who works here I think her name is Grace. She is so rude and impatient to the point that she speaks like a bully.She also over charges people and never wanted to discuss why she charges so much, it was like she cannt be questioned…Some times when there is a huge line up I can tell some people left upset after dealing with her.I initially thought she was having a bad day or someone was rude to her first, but I frequently visit this location and noticed that she is always like this so there is no excuseLady if you hate your customers and your job so much please quit we dont deserve to be treated this way!!!!Guys fill out the surveys and call her out, this is not fair!!!!

I went to this Canada Post to return 2 packages.A lady named Grace decided to charge me a dollar for taping just two small boxes I forgot to tape. With no choice, I decided to pay the dollar.What I didn’t know was that she left out the option of buying an entire roll for just 3 dollars, which I would have chosen right away if she had told me earlier. When I pointed this out, she started to shout at me suddenly which made me want to leave immediately.Perhaps the policy changed as I never had to pay just to tape boxes. As much as I respect the policies, please make sure your staff respect the customers as well. Easily the worst Canada Post experience ever.Do not go to this Canada Post, as I see many other reviews that state the ridiculous prices of tape as well.

It's a bit hit or miss with the customer service but usually coming here during less busy times is fine. Somehow they charged my sister $17+ to ship a tiny envelope with some doll clothes in it (to Toronto btw) because it wouldn't fit" through the slot

The worst customer service ever.I wanted to mail a parcel but didn't have tape. So I asked the lady (who I believe is named Grace) at the counter if she had tape and she told me no". I was like ... you don't have...tape..at all?? and she again repeated no.I asked her a third time how she could have no tape

I ask for tape to tape the box and the lady charge 50 cent, this is really unbelievable

Bad experience! Sad feeling! It is the most terrible Canada post office in Canada! The old Chinese lady there is very rude, inpatient, not polite and not professional. When I picked my parcel she looks very unhappy and not professional. She asked many questions which are totally not associated with picking up the parcel. The No. One bad Canada Post

We used different Canada post office at different location. This store have very poor service skill, the lady treat customer like a interrogation of a prisoner. She need full train to service customer. Not to question customer.
