Premiere Luminaire

I found Premiere Luminaire while searching the internet for a foyer light. I wanted something out of the ordinary, lighting that was also artwork. After looking at hundreds of sites, I found Premiere Luminaire and knew I had found it. I contacted Gill, sent him images of my complex but traditional Pennsylvania home, and with his imput, found the perfect light.It is stunningly beautiful, yet fits comfortably and harmoniously with the entire house. While it is impactful, it is not overwhelming. It draws the eye, in its subtle movement and variation in its color from night to day.Gill made the entire process easy, as well as a pleasure. He spoke by phone to the electricians as they were installing the light (which, by the way, was rather a simple process, as Gill had said it would be).I unreservedly recommend this company, both for its unique product and customer service.

When we moved in to our new house, we were so excited to find this place for our dining room chandelier. It looked beautiful. So we ordered it and waited. When it finally arrived, our electrician and his team installed the canopy no problem. Then they went to install the candlesticks and the tops were too small to screw in and about half of the electrical connections were not the right size. After waiting as long as we have, and for as much as this thing cost, at the very least I would have expected fantastic customer service. This place has been a nightmare to deal with. They made me repackage all of the candlesticks and send them back, and refused to send me correct ones before they received there mistake ones back. They have had the mistake ones for a week tomorrow and they still haven’t shipped us the correct ones. I have asked about the canopy because for the electrical plugs that did fit, I plugged them in and the lights didn’t work. They refuse to answer what happens if the canopy is bad, as we will have to pay to have it removed and another one installed because of the error. They are very unapologetic and have tried to blame it on our electrician. We will see what happens from here on out and I will update this review.

We discovered Premiere Luminaire on a Google Search and contacted the company, reaching Gill. We were looking for a Bocci-like fixture (without the sticker shock) and discovered their Globe Lighting chandeliers. Gill worked with us to determine the right size and configuration and completed our order on time. The chandelier is absolutely stunning...everyone who walks in our new house stops in their tracks to admire it. I can't say enough good things about Premiere...beautiful product, great service and amazing value!

The actual product was not like the website presentation. Over priced for what it actually is. Watch out it’s made n shipped from Canada so it’ll take some time to get to you.

Just completed first order and this organization is top notch. Several items shipped to the U.S. One item was broken (I believe a manufacturer defect) and the item was promptly replaced and shipped without hassle - which is rare and great customer service. I highly recommend Premiere and I will certainly be a repeat customer.Thanks
