Booked a Uhaul truck 3 weeks in advance over the phone with this location. It included 2 different dolly's as well. Confirmed the order was placed by checking my Uhaul account online. Come moving day, my order was shown as cancelled on the Uhaul website and I wasn't even notified. Will never use Uhaul again.

Had a problem with U-Haul online booking for moving truck to Vancouver Is. with drop off there - Kiernan at Low-cost Equipment Rentals in Tsawwassen was able to arrange for the pickup at this location which on-line was denying me.

Be very careful renting a uhaul from these jokers.We took the time to reserve a uhaul months before our move. Hired people for lifting. Had everything plan to start at 9am.Arrive at these jokers and the young man serving me tells me that the truck was not available for 20 minutes. He calls back and say it’s available at noon so we should drive to the north delta location. Then I call him back and said. Ok we can take the truck at noon. So he must have lied because now it’s simply not available.Jokers!!!! Don’t reserve anything from these liars

I drove 30 km with their van. Filled up with fuel 6 litres. They still charge me additional $25 for fuel. They will find the way to steal your money.

After having booked U-Haul to move to Alberta one way 6 months earlier, U-Haul calls the afternoon before the move to tell us that no truck is available. House had been packed job had been given up and new job and being accepted. They were completely relentless and resistant to finding an alternative of any kind. Absolutely horrible service. Absolutely unacceptable. Anybody who uses U-Haul beware that your contract is not worth the paper that it's printed on. They can choke you at any time. They should be sued forthis
