Michele is an excellent massage therapist. She is not only great with her hands, she is also very intelligent, sensitive and is focused on your needs. She will talk to you honestly and discuss your situation very carefully to determine the best approach for your individual case. I was extremely happy to find her because I truly needed high quality massage support after experiencing a bad car accident. Michele has made a huge positive difference in my healing process, and I'll continue to see her to maintain my health over the upcoming years. If you need a great massage therapist, try her out.

Ladapa Thai Wellness is my new favorite relaxation place. They offer acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion with Dr Harry Yu, who is very knowledgeable and super courteous.The owner Ladapa, was so sweet and friendly!She did a deep tissue massage (Thai style) on me, working out the stiffness & tension in my body! Definitely a must try if you've never had a Thai massage. They're located on West Broadway beside the book Warehouse. They're very accommodating and will work with you to fit your needs. I highly recommend going!

I hardly ever leave a bad review but today I was sorely disappointed in the communication here. I'm sure the staff are great at what they do but I never had the opportunity to experience it for myself. I booked online the day before the appointment. I left work early to show up early for my 4:30 appointment with Roslyn. I waited for 20 minutes before a staff member came by and was surprised to see me there. She told me that Roslyn was not coming in as she was not working that day despite having a booked appointment. There was no email or phone call to let me know that she was not coming in. I was only told after waiting even longer that they had not updated their website to reflect their schedule. They offered to let me pay $75 for another session if I come back. No, I'd rather not risk leaving work early again only for the schedule to be wrong, with no attempt at communicating the issue (at least on their website).

Recently under new ownership and they are providing amazing service and communication.Comfortable and large beds and rooms I’ve seen in a while.NHI is amazing on upper body work. Only been twice and I can tell they will be around for a long time. Been to over 30 establishments and am very picky.

Inaccurate description. I booked with a therapist who was supposed to be certified, ended up with someone else. Like they totally forgot about the appointment. Sign outside says insurance covered but it is false as they do not have any certified massage therapists.

Special place for , relaxing , Curtiss and professional service.I have travelled in most parts of Asia and can compare the massage as top quality. I will be a regular customer from now on .Thanks for the serice
