Was looking for a place to shoot a video for American football- great location. It usually not busy over the weekend. Just neighbourhood resident going for a jog. Surrounding clean.

Nice field, with plenty of space to play multiple games side by side. There were four or five games of football and a couple other sports when I played today. The stands are good too, with plenty of seating. Only downside is there is not much shade on a hot, sunny day like today. Decent amount of parking spots too, which is super convenient.

Beautiful field (turf). Adequate track (cracking in concrete due to growth of weeds). The field is usually used for kids soccer practice. Overall a nice, quiet, and sparsely populated place to get a solid training session. Bonus there is a small bleacher section!
