Over price unhelpful staffDoesn’t help issuesNoisy. 4th floor ask for help 2 times because the room next me was having party at 2 am no buddy came up the lady working there clearly doesn’t know what to do and doesn’t have any powers and have no knowledge on what needs to be done. Most likely part hour. So I got no help.They don’t provide anythingit just a room, they don’t help with anything. If your asking anything at the front they think you’re a hobo or something. (no I went and ask for a plastic bag and plastic fork Once that’s it (I tip them 10$ soo… )Not really a great room for pricing.400 with a room with macro waves and bath room bed mini fridge.

Have stayed at the riviera a few times for work now and am very pleased with price point and service. Have had excellent experiences with both front desk staff Divjot and Honey. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are on a budget and appreciate quality service.Location is good, never have to drive far to get dinner or there is a restaurant right in the hotel.

Good location where we wanted to stay but the problem we had was checking out the girl at the front desk told us it was all taken care of, I said from where? We used the credit card for checking in and that's when she said it came from there,I said I'm using my debit card and she wouldn't but I kept talking to her as calm as I could be without getting all frustrated finally she reversed the charges back to my credit card it took awhile of all the hotels I stayed no problems paying with my debit card. So our future holidays I'm not planning on staying here again no one needs hassles like that.

Room had pretty bad smell, Carpet had stains and was sticky with bubble gum stuck to it in some spots. Night light was dirty couldn't even touch it never mind all the hair on the bathroom floor and noodles on the bathroom door frame. This was our worst hotel experience we had in the last ten years and would not recommend this hotel. When we mentioned these things to the employees working here they didn't even care about it. Looked like the room was not cleaned after the guest before us.

We chose because it was close to Airport and looked good online. Its an older hotel with new look. Room floor/walls are refurbished and painted but furniture is old; bed easily moves. Staff is okay. Once u checkout the wifi is gone. Ok hotel but not great. Don’t stay more than a night.

I didn't get a chance to hit the pool.I did a solo staycation to enjoy a night for me. The room was very clean, the staff was professional and helpful.I had accidentally demagnetized my room keys and the front clerk educated me on my fumble. It was 100% my fault.I found the front end staff to have a meek and demure attitude, the house cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful.I definitely will stay here again.

Absolutely no complaints about this place ,the staff are great ( Sukhman in particular is very helpful and accommodating), the rooms are very well-equipping and spacious, but best of all the value is absolutely incredible! The price you pay for what you get is unreal. Most hotels would charge way more and not offer you half as much as Riviera does in terms of room size, amenities (they have a pool, gym, and really good breakfast included), service, and overall cleanliness of the very large and well-designed lobby. I travel for tour to Calgary from India and will definitely be spending all of my nights here. Exceptional hotel.

My horrible stay from last weekIf I could give them 0 stars that would have been more fitting!I checked in July 2nd afternoon into room 349. Expecting a comfortable stay, instead I was met with drunken people going through the hallways yelling constantly through the evening. I was forced to check out of my room at 2:30 in the morning due to the front desk attendant not doing anything about this situation. I tried calling the front desk numerous times and was met without anyone answering. When I went down to the front desk, I was told “that he would look into this”. Paying 120$ for a room I was unable to sleep in is absolutely unacceptable. I would really appreciate something be done about this.

If this place could get a zero it would. Do not even attempt to go if you have a koho card (which is a MC as I have two cards, one is for debit and one is my MC. They are two separate cards). After trying to see what we can do as we are traveling with a small child for a doctors appointment, we were denied our stay. Not only was this a huge issue, we were denied a 3rd party authorization. The girl at the front just had a huge smile on her face the entire time. Don't bother checking inWe went down a few more blocks and stayed at a better hotel, with friendly and INVITING check-in and a far less rare, and accepted koho.

Was a great for the moment of need. Staff was pleasant and the establishment was clean ,our room was fine. We had a puppy with us which was allowed and well excepted,prices were fair for two rooms and a puppy about 140 ish at the time. Definitely better than the two stars from reviewers found online.
