Le Moulin de St-Laurent
I haven't been here in almost two years, but the last time I did visit, it was quite the experience. I was sorry to hear of the passing of their head chef, a joyous man who was passionate about his craft. I met him once here and he made a fabulous meal for me and my family to enjoy. The atmosphere is very personal and difficult to replicate elsewhere. I will be sure to return.

Cozy restaurant next to small fall. U can eat in the terrace or inside. Both Very nice. Very good pork plate. It’s not affordable but it’s ok.

Le Moulin de St-Laurent
We stayed here for 2 nights in September. The cottage exceeded all expectations...fabulous accessibility for mobility-challenged traveller, all the equipment needed for meal prep, and wonderful views of sealife and ships. We ate dinner at the main mill bldg one evening and it was top notch. We hope to return for a longer stay in future.

I visited this restaurant on my recent trip to l'Isle D'Orleans. My friend and I weren't very hungry, so we only had the French onion soup. We both agreed it was the best thing we ate on our trip. The service was excellent and the patio next to the waterfall was lovely. Hope to come back someday!

I went with my family and we found it was a big meh.I had the French Onion soup, which was very salty, and my mother had the chicken liver paté which she found very good.I had the blood sausage for the main course, which was very good, however it was served with 2 potatoes, 1 piece of cauliflower, and boiled broccoli, which was all bland. My mother had the pulled beef burger, which was very dry. And my father had the pasta and chicken. The pasta was either overcooked or microwaved because some of it was hard.For dessert, my father had the mousse which was frozen and crunchy. I had the carrot cake, which was honestly incredibly disappointing. It was dry, the frosting was tasteless and it was topped with raw shredded carrots mixed in brown sweet sauce. Very disappointed.All in all, considering all this, plus a few drinks (by the way, the local beers are sold at around 4-5$ a can and they were charging 10$ for them) it cost 227$. Given the price, service and food, I would not recommend this place.

The best stop on our way around the island for the day. Sitting outside during lunch and listening to the waterfall, so relaxing.
