I love this place. Every time I go there for advice they have the answer and the product for sometimes some very strange little projects. They don't try to upsell me but rather just help me find the appropriate product for the job. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this location for Benjamin Moore paint

So helpful and informative! For someone who has almost zero knowledge of paint, Kestrel was there to guide me through making sure I had the right products for my needs. Went above and beyond for a custom colour for me too! Highly recommend this store. The staff made my day.

Amazing! You’re treated like royalty here! I bought paint here 2 years ago for my ceiling, but ended up hiring a contractor who had their own paint instead. I returned it (unopened) 2 years later. They checked it to make sure it was still good, and gave me my money back! 2 years! You can for sure buy with confidence here :). Staff is super friendly and knowledgable too :). They also have wood stain and a ton of other supplies for other random projects.

I had purchased paint at this location but I knew I would likely need more. I grabbed the other paint from Sherwood Park a few days later. There ended up being an issue with the sheen. By the time I realized there was an issue I was unable to get back to fix the problem. Michael from Pinnacle South not only resolved the issue, they dropped the paint at my job site nearby and grabbed the bad paint. If you are looking for superior products and exceptional customer service, look no further than Benjamin Moore Pinnacle South.

DIY - Refinished kitchen oak cabinets with Benjamin Moore Advance Pearl and Stix primer. Beautiful results with finish coats applied with airless sprayer. My thanks to Cody for his advice and help in product selection.

I am very pleased with the customer service and the recommendations of the staff at Benjamin Moore Pinnacle South for my painting project. From the hybrid paint for high use cupboards and shelves, to matching my baseboard & trim paint exactly to knowing exactly how much paint I would need for the walls. Great customer service from the moment I walked in. Cody was very helpful and got me the paint I needed, answered all my questions and matched the paint I needed perfectly when I was in pinch.Quality of paint is also fantastic and makes the job that much more enjoyable and the selection of colors is endless.
