The service was extremely below standard. The guy there who apprently was the boss" was hesitant to even talk to me when I approachedhim with questions. I asked few questions about installing a top case to my bike and he gave me the most ambiguous reply which I had to clarify. When I did he seemed quite bothered by it. So unprofessional and rude. Never ever will recommend these guys and never ever will I go there ever again. Worst customer service I've experienced in Canada."

Excellent service and attention to detail. I am a regular customer that have always had good service. I brought my older Gold Wing in for work this winter - new timing belts, rear tire and minor tune up. Bike has never run better. Shop rates are reasonable. I purchased some riding gear upstairs last summer and was amazed at the selection and pricing.

Just recently switched from the Suzuki dealership to 2nd Gear and couldn't be more pleased. My preference is always toward the small business owner.I was aware of some negative reviews, but simply walking in and looking around at the selection of gear and clothing alone, I know the reviews were way off track. Excellent and well laid out selection.The service was outstanding. What repair was needed was first discussed with me and I was also made aware of any maintenance/repairs that would be required on the next service.And of course, cost. My main concern is top notch service and not price. That being said, they have very fair prices (maybe even more than fair). Can't imagine you could find better for less.Keep up the great work. These guys are great! I bought my bike through them and they made sure it was in good condition before letting me take it home. I also bought my gear through them as they have great prices. They have a Costco membership deal where if you are a member you get lower prices on some items and service. It's definitely worth it!I have also brought my bike back for spring maintenance and for a leaking petcock. They did a great job and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg.A lot of the crappy reviews on here are around customer service. I admin their customer service can be a bit lacking. They seem to be very busy and some of the crew are a bit rough around the edges. I personally haven't had any bad interactions. I have been kept waiting a few times, but I chalk that up to them not having a lot of floor staff which is probably where the good prices come from.

These folks have everything for sport cruiser and adventure bikes you can imagine. From Mitas tyres , oxford gear to Shad bags! Come check them out for sure. Really nice folks that are riders themselves!

Just got a new tire installed for my BMW. Dave had good advice on the best tire to use.The staff were great! Got me in right away and got the change done fast.Not sure why anyone would wait 2 weeks to go somewhere else.My new regular shop for sure.Thanks!

Right now I am on cloud nine. I just had tires and rear brakes supplied and installed on my Harley Road King and the costs including labour and taxes was just shy of $400 less than it would have been at the HD dealer. I was a little concerned about going there considering some of the negative reviews, but I have to tell you they have it all wrong. Once I struck up a conversation with Dave and his staff(and I did not wait long) they were amazing . Yes, when they are with another customer, they are focused on them, so you just have to wait a few minutes. And his mechanic, who had extensive experience working with HD's diagnosed two other issues that proved extremely helpful to me. They know their stuff. Definitely my first go to for repairs and accessories in the future.

The shop has used bikes to sell and a good catalogue of gear to choose, hence the one star given, they even have a membership plan you pay 20 bucks a year and when u buy gear u can have great discounts. I had a terrible experience with the mechanic over there, if you have any major problem with you bike besides oil change or tires I advise you to not take your bike over there. Besides, they are extremely expensive. My bike was running perfectly, I just needed a new horn, a new battery and a new speedometer cable, somehow my bike came back with scratches, it doesn't turn off and the speedometer doesn't even work! I had to pay for the service to get even more problems! Just terrible, terrible, an experience to never ever want it again. JUST DONT GO OVER THERE!

Don't get work done on your bike here. Came in to change some sprockets and whoever was tightening the rear wheel back managed to split in HALF one of the chain adjustment blocks. Then they blamed it on the manufacturers design, not on the fact that they probably over torqued the axle nut. IF they used a torque wrench at all. STAY AWAY!

Dave sorry your closing shop !I have shopped here because the prices (on jackets and tires) selection is decent and it's close to home, got 2 new tires installed promptly on a Saturday morning walked over to Ikea for breakfast and when i came back i was able to ride home. Fair prices and decent service from the tech in the back, Dave needs to learn how to deal with people ths could be a great place if only he wasn't so rude after being in a bunch of times he warms" up to you . Other than tires I would probably go elsewhere ."
