Wilf's Automatic Transmissions

Sam was absolutely lovely to deal with, answering all of our questions and working out a very reasonable price for a transmission rebuild.I brought in my car right before the holidays. The folks at Wilf's were able to help me out despite it being a busy time of the year for them. What's more, they were kind enough to provide me with a courtesy car for the entire time that my car was with them.Needless to say, they did a great job, and I highly recommend these wonderful folks and their excellent customer service.

I was in to Wilf's for a routine, recommended, transmission service based on my kilometres. 10000 kms later a friend noticed that the transmission fluid was unusually dark & should be changed. I called Wilf's & was told to bring it in as there was probably something wrong with my transmission. Thankfully, I listened to my intuition & took it to the Toyota dealer. They ran full diagnostics on it and reported there was nothing wrong other than very old, dirty fluid. Additionally, they said the drain plug hadn't been touched in a long time and had corrosion on the gasket and plug Wilf's said they changed the gasket and filter, however, my car doesn't have a filter. I have no idea what they did, if anything for the $249 & tax that I was charged. I do not recommend them at all

I've unfortunately had two transmissions from two different cars die on me and Wilfs fixed them both.They took the time to diagnose and consult me on the issue, and the pricing was very reasonable.There's a year's warranty. I did bring my car back suspecting that the transmission had an issue, but it was something else that they were also able to fix for a fee. My car drives better than ever now.

They dont know what they are doing and they didnt fix it . And the worst part i left my car for more than a month hoping they find the part they looking but they didnt and make me pay for the service for a “ performance inspection “which is not even correct. So PLEASE people dont even think going here. For the reason :UnknowledgeableInexperienceThey are just getting money for a service is not even correct.

Brought my car to Wilf's and they did a great job with quality customer service! I don't know much about cars, but they were willing to walk me through the process and educate me on the specific part that needed work. I did have to wait a few months to get my car back due to the shipping delays for the required part, but they were honest and willing to lend me a courtesy car. I was patient for them to keep up their efforts, and it paid off. Thank you Wilf's Transmission!

I had the worst experience with this shop. I left my car at their shop in November and till now they haven’t touched the car. Eve trine I call them ; they have new excuses like snowy days, lack of employees; recent reason was moving. Few days ago, they told me that they can’t fix it in timely manner; just go to dealership. When I went to their shop to pick my car; there was a guy named ‘Jeremy’ ; he was really rude ; no customer service at all. He was yelling at his one of his employee who tried to help me to start up my car. Like why are you using this specific tool to start the car if they are not gonna pay us. He crossed all boundaries of rudeness. At the end what I got rust on the car rims. I wouldn’t give them one star but no option.

My transmission was leaking fluids, I called Wilf’s in the morning if they had time to look at my car. They were fully booked for the day and said I can come by to drop off my car and they’ll take a look. They were very efficient and was able to fix the leak in a couple of hours. They suggested I come in a week later to get my car checked to make sure everything is working fine. I would highly recommend Wilf’s, professional and friendly service

I got my transmission for my Dodge Nitro fixed at their older location before they moved to their new Kingsway location. My transmission started having some issues again after only 11 months and brought it back. There were a few hurdles to overcome before getting it right and probably not worth to discuss all the negative aspects of such.The way how this issue was handled was exceptional and all warranty was honored. Despite them having to review the issue 3 times i can only say that i would go back to this shop anytime. And probably the only reason for me to go back to the shop is the service technician Sam. When i arrived i had no way to get back home. She went over and above to what any normal employee would do. Discussing the issue and explaining the root causes and challenges made you feel very comfortable. Her exceptional knowledge and kindness is what every shop needs. This kind of work attitude forms trust. I hardly ever comment online but if there is any shop that i would bring my car too it would be Wilf's.

Quality and service. It begins with Sam at the front desk. She is totally knowledgeable, communicates in terms that are understandable and takes incredibly good care of the customer - namely me. When an unforeseen issue arose she solved it quickly and without any angst. I was given a ride to my office and picked up later in the day to retrieve my car. All the staff are first rate. I have nothing but good things to say about Wilf's. They set the bar high. Great work at a fair price Thanks again.

Fantastic shop. Great guys, and they did the work quickly for a fair price. Soren was super helpful in getting the problems with my vehicle sorted out, and was great to communicate with. The price they charged seemed fair to me and other mechanics agreed. I would definitely recommend this shop for any work. Thanks wilfs!
