Working with Home Instead has been absolutely fantastic. Tracy and Jake are excellent. They genuinely care about their clients and communicate very well, which is important for my family, since I do not live in the same city as my father. The caregivers they have provided have been very trustworthy and caring. I would recommend Home Instead to anyone needing support for their loved ones.

I can confidently recommend Home Instead to anyone looking for caring and dependable elder care. Tracy met with my parents and I initially to discuss their needs and she came up with a comprehensive plan. With her background in geriatric nursing she made informed observations and offered some great additional advice for their overall care. We have found all of the PSWs very attentive, compassionate and responsible. It gives us great comfort and peace of mind to have Home Instead in place.

Home Instead helped me tremendously in finding the right care giver for my Uncle. She is just the most wonderful lady and genuinely cares for my Uncle. This is a family owned and operated business that really cares and goes the extra mile for your loved ones that need special attention. Home instead is the biggest breath of fresh air. I have been helping my parents with their care for the past 3 years and we have used many agencies for home care. Home Instead by far is the best. They are reliable, caring, and they go above and beyond what is expected for customer service. The owners are very hands on to ensure that their clients are getting the best care as possible. The PSW's follow suit with the owners and go that extra mile to ensure my parents are happy, safe and respected.I could not be happier with Home Instead I am so pleased that I found them. I highly recommend them I don't worry about my parents care now that we are with them.

We lost my father at the start of the pandemic which left my mother suffering fairly advanced Alzheimer's without her primary caregiver. In my raw and panicked state I hired Home Instead. They were just starting out but their enthusiasm and knowledge convinced me they would be the right choice. I was not disappointed! Mom's needs constantly changed over the next year and a half as her condition worsened and Tracy stepped up every time to provide a safe and happy environment. Mom has since moved to long term care but I will always be grateful for the time we had together in her own home thanks to Tracy, Jake and the wonderful PSWs at Home Instead.

Our 97 year old mother has been in a retirement home in Thornhill and needed companionship and some personal care.The Mitten team (Tracy, Jake and Mandy) did a fantastic job of finding a caregiver who was a perfect fit for our mother and we have been delighted with the attention and professional service we have received.What a pleasurable experience in a challenging situation.
