Ecoline Windows and Doors Regina

The installation went really well. Installers were very professional and cleaned up after they were finished. They went through everything with me to make sure everything was good. The window looks awesome. I only gave 4 starts because it did take over 5 months for the order and install.

We had 6 of our windows replaced with Ecoline windows and are very happy with the quality. The windows were all replaced within one day and even though it was a cold day outside, the guys performing the installation did it so that the house didn't really cool down much. Great service, great communication, great product.

I felt respected and listened too by the people of Ecoline Windows from the first time we interacted. Great work, great products, I’m very happy! We will definitely use them again!

From the initial contact to saying thank you and goodbye to the absolute professional and coureous installers crew it was a most enjoyable, stress free and satisfying experience. These folks are the best at what they do from measuring the windows/doors to discussing the quality of their product to showing up and installing then cleaning up and hauling the old windows etc away. Changing my review since current events have changed my perspective. The windows they installed were good quality windows, but the orange spray foam was messy and was never bothered to be cleaned up properly. The major issue, we ordered a patio door, we ordered a double door but only one door was to open (same as our old door) we also got it with tinted windows as it is in the kitchen and gets a lot of sunlight. The door came months later, 3 inches too small, double door where both doors open, no tinted glass, there were gaps in the door frame where light was peaking in, it didn't shut properly either. And I had said before I wanted only 1 door to open so that it would have the standard divider in the center for a retractable screen to be installed, it didn't have it either. After 4 weeks of back and forth (getting ahold of them is very challenging) they told me today they are just getting some basic parts to fix it. This is after I spoke with the salesman who sold me the door and the service measurement guy that came here, both said the door was wrong and yet Ecoline is trying to cheap me out of getting the door that I paid $3600 for. And to add one more kick to the gut, the windows didn't have the energy star stickers on them, so bye bye rebate. To which they said they don't give out rebates for the doors, but they told me they did, so more lies.***EDIT: after them saying they were going to resolve this mistake, they are now refusing to replace the doors and fix their mistake. HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO your research and see the MULTIPLE lawsuits they have had against them **

I had a window replaced in the living room, the whole process went very well. The two man crew arrived at 1pm and had the old window out very quickly. Then they prepped the opening and installed the new one, very efficient and cleaned up behind them, they were done by 2.30pm. A job well done on a very cold day. The window made a huge difference to the comfort of the house. Thank you very much. I highly recommend Ecoline windows and doors.

I am happy to report that Ecoline did an amazing job of replacing ten of our windows in our mid-century bungalow. They worked very efficiently and were friendly as the job was completed over 1.5 days in the middle of winter, no less. The new windows are amazing and have changed our entire home. Ecoline Windows installed four windows and two exterior doors just recently at my house. The process was so organized. It started with a house visit to provide me with a free estimate for the price of installation. When the order arrived, it was installed professionally in 2 days. The installers were courteous and explained the process and operation of the windows. This was not the first time that I had windows and doors from Ecoline Windows. In fact, I had all windows and doors at my house replaced in previous years using Ecoline products and services. I trusted the quality of their products and services which proved to be consistent over the years. I highly recommend them.

We recently had seven residential windows replaced by Ecoline Windows of Regina. A 6 man crew presented at about 9:30AM and completed the install by 3:30PM. The crew worked quickly and efficiently to remove our old windows and install the new, vastly more energy efficient, Ecoline casement windows and casings. We are delighted with the result. A huge upgrade by any metric. Their consultations and follow up were also first rate. No surprises!

Professional quick installation, very good quality windows. After replacing the old windows with EcoLine windows, energy efficiency of the house increased significantly. We're very happy with the quality of the windows and the quality of installation.
