We went in to order. The gentleman behind the counter helped us immediately, & our order was very quick. The hamburger was put together neatly, not thrown together. Friendly, courteous staff, clean tables. Never was a lineup inside, as they were all helped as soon as they arrived. Great Customer Service THANK YOU.

Order to drive thru and wanted to add the kitkat pie they said it'll be 5mins so i said cancel it as we are rushing. We got to the window, paid our other order then suddenly they asked us to park and wait for our order for more than 5mins. I know to some its just first world probs but it literally wasted our time i should've gotten my pie at the same time while waiting.

Clean restaurant, tasty food.I love the Beyond Burger at A&W; other places that I've tried it at aren't as good.Staff is friendly and fixed a mistake quickly and without difficulty. They should be paid more and the cashiers should get chairs

Food and service is consistently good, on par with your typical fast food of the same price, main reason we choose here is the root beer floats that other places don’t offer. BUT they got rid of the root beer floats and replaced them with slushies and cold coffees. You can get a root beer slushie or a coffee slush with sweet cream but they don’t offer the sweet cream or anything ice cream like to add to the root beer to fill the void of the float. Now they’re just like every other fast food, disappointing.

The food was a long wait, the bacon and egger had one piece of bacon on the whole sandwich. They forgot our order of pancakes and it was an ordeal to get them reordered. Then we ordered three apple pies, cut into one to share and it was cherry. Went back to counter to exchange it for the apple and the employee didn't look in the bag, simply placed the cherry pie back onto the line for the next person. The restroom had no paper towel, the toilet was dirty,, and the air hand dryer also did not work. Will not return. Overall a poor experience and others were having problems with their orders as well. One couple was miffed (rightly) that they had been parked from drive thru and were waiting over fifteen minutes.

For some reason the fries here are always bad. In my past few visits (mostly cravings) I usually don't finish the fries because they're bad. The burgers and everything else great but fries really struggle not sure why. They taste bland and cardboard like, can't really explain it any other way

I visited in the early morning. 1 staff member was running the drive through and the order counter. She was very courteous and efficient, but service was slow.The breakfast sandwich was barely cooked enough to eat.
