I recently had the unfortunate experience of having my tires and rims replaced at this establishment, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare. From start to finish, the entire process was riddled with incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction.Firstly, upon arriving at the shop at 7:30 in the morning, I was disheartened to find that it was already overcrowded and fully booked. While I understand that busy times are to be expected, it still reflects poorly on their management and scheduling abilities. To make matters worse, when I initially parked my car in front of the owner's vehicles, they had an employee move my car to a parallel plaza without my consent. As if that wasn't bad enough, while I was waiting for an Uber to take me home, I noticed my wiper blades working while my car was parked. It became apparent that the person who moved my vehicle had zero regard for the cars in their care.After enduring the agonizing wait, I finally received a call from the shop in the afternoon, notifying me that my car was ready. The cherry on top of this miserable experience was the exorbitant price they charged me: a whopping $175 for the replacement of 18-inch rims. Considering the abysmal level of service I received, this fee is absolutely unjustifiable.But the problems didn't end there. Following the tire replacement, it became evident that my alignment was off. Naturally, I contacted the shop to address the issue, only to be told that I would have to pay extra for an alignment service. It's utterly unacceptable that they couldn't perform this basic task correctly in the first place, and then had the audacity to demand more money to fix their own mistake.To top it all off, the shop failed to follow the recommended PSI for my tires, leading to further inconvenience and potential damage. Additionally, upon closer inspection, I discovered that all of my lug bolts were over-torqued, which could have had severe consequences if left unnoticed.In conclusion, I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment for any tire or rim services. The owner's rudeness, terrible attitude, and unprofessional behavior, combined with the subpar workmanship and complete lack of attention to detail, make it abundantly clear that this place is not worth your time or money. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable and reliable tire shop that genuinely cares about their customers' satisfaction and safety

Best experience ever! I called during peak season and was able to bring my car in the same day. I was followed home and driven back to pick up my car. Great chat on the way back. It was great....found a new mechanic too! I have always gone back to the Dealer for maintenance...until now. Car runs great. Thanks so much!

Hi Dave, I want to thankyou for personally taking charge of the issue I had with my vehicle and rectifying the issue once you were made aware of all the information. You were professional and addressed it in a very short time. I recommenthat any customers that have an issue to contact Fave personally and be open and honest and he will be fair and secure with you.

The service has really gotten bad. The place seems disorganized with a lot of new faces. No one can really give you an indication how long it will take to have your car looked at. Just recently, I brought in my car for a winter to summer tire swap at 8 am. My tires are on rim so it normally does not take long but I had a couple of other things that I wanted them to check so I left the car for a call back. In the past I received a call back by noon but this time I did not hear back. I called just after 1 pm to get an update and received the same sense of disordered and chaotic vibe. I was harshly told that they would call me when my car was ready. I received call at 4:45 asking if I can leave the car overnight. Unfortunately, I needed my car to get home, so I was asked to bring in my car the next morning at 7:30 am. Brought in my car back the next morning. I left the car for a call back and was told it would be ready around noon. I did not receive a call back and did not call for an update due to the negative reaction I received the day before. I trusted that the vehicle would be done by the end of day. I showed up at the garage just before 5 and my car was not ready. I was told that I would need to wait about an hour. At this point I was a little frustrated since I had to be in Hamilton by 5:30 I asked for my keys. The owner got really upset with me, making excuses, questioning what time I brought the vehicle in, stating that my vehicle needs special equipment, as if it was my fault. He said he did not need the aggravation, and he has lots of customers and I should leave. The funny part is that I would have most likely been back if it was not for his unprofessional and rude reaction. In my previous visit I purchased new winter tires and the vehicle was shaking when I drove away. I did go back, and they corrected the issue. Before that they lost the hub cups to my daughter vehicle after replacing the tires. They were found but my point is that the place is not what it used to be. I strongly do not recommend it.

Our first experience was great. So we started bringing out cars there. Our Cadillac developed a noise. Took the car in. They misdiagnosed the problem - had the new parts in before realizing they did. Took the new parts out - told us they couldnt figure out the problem and charged us for the labour - $300 for their misdiagnosis - who does that?! Took the car back to our old mechanic - voila - problem fixed - were charge $500Then took our Audi there to swap out our seasonal tires - Scott - couldnt find the tools im the audi the change the tired. Accused us of removing them. So we believed him - took it to Audi - the tools were right were they should be - and where Burlington tire put them back the season before.Would you trust Burlington Tire after this?? Not a chance!!

The owner at this business is classless. Once we received a call that our summer tires were installed my I went to pick up the vehicle. While there i was quoted a price of $203. I asked the owner what we paid last year and his exact words was you paid 6 dollars more last year so I'm going to charge $6 more to match last yr. He then cancelled the transaction and changed it to last years price. $6 means nothing to me, it just surprised me that just becauseI asked what we paid last year he felt compelled to be a jerk after he quoted me a price already, then canceled the transaction on the computer, then changed it to last year's price. As a business owner myself I would never do that to a customer. Again after he quoted us a price he changed it out of spite. His only response was if it was cheaper last year we would have expected him to give us the cheaper rate. Honestly, I was trying to gage inflation as everything has gone up in price!

Recently got a flat tire on the way to a work meeting in Burlington. I frantically called close to 10 nearby shops and all of them could not take me or fit me in. Thankfully the guys at Burlington Tire & Auto were able to get my car in. I dropped it off at lunch and had it back by the end of the day. Scott was great to deal with and the whole process was seamless. Thanks guys!

Decided to try this shop as it’s closer to my home compared to the other tire shop that I’ve been going to. Dave (the owner)was the person who dealt with me. It was a great experience. I needed an alignment as my car was pulling to the left and I was destroying tires as a result of the alignment, my car also felt wrong when I drove it. From the time I dropped off the car to the time I picked it up, it was about an hour and a half. But in that time they test drive my car twice (before and after) and did the alignment. My car is driving so much better after they dealt with it and I will be sure to use them for all my tire needs. Including storage in the off season and when I need new rims and winter tires, I will be sure to get them from them.Thanks Dave and the entire team.Regards,Justin.

I cannot thank these guys enough for speedy service after being stranded (out of of town) with a flat tire and a 2 year old. Dave was an absolute rock star and was able to squeeze me in, during a very busy tire change season, when other shops could not guarantee to get the job done.

Fast tire mounring + install & walk- in without appointment. However, they quoted me $130 at first for my job then ended up charging me $150 just because I have fancier aftermarket rims, which they claimed $130 is for steelies. At least the job is done okay, wheels are torqued properly and balanced well with right tire pressure.I was going to give 15% gratitude due to their technician Scott being very particular and friendly but I was so disappointed to get slapped with additional $20 before I even give a chance of giving gratitude. Probably will not come again but appreciate the walk-in last minute service.
