Very knowledgeable staff whom have worked there for a very long time. Great product selection including vitamins, protein powders, cold/flu meds, etc. Location is always very clean, friendly environment.

A wonderful store with helpful, considerate and knowledgeable staff. I'm a little gun-shy on my trips into stores these days and I was so impressed with how well the Water Bug has adapted to a post covid shopping experience. Masks are required to enter and shop - if you don't have one, you can buy one for a small price, or a staff member will shop for you! Everyone is, as always, so friendly and willing to help you out! Love this store!

Had excellent service. For a hard to locate item. They didn't have it. Took my information and what I was looking for. Not even an hour later they called saying the found it and ordered it for me. So appreciated. Rather give my business to a local store than just ordering online. They have earned a long time customer!

The Waterbug is carrying Attitude, the best sensitive skin line I’ve ever tried; They also carry my second favourite sensitive skin line ‘Nature Clean’.They’ve got loads of great quality products and there’s always enough staff to answer questions and help with just about anything. It’s one of Sarnia’s best local businesses.

I experienced excellent customer service today at the Water Bug. I bought an expensive metal water bottle last week and accidentally dropped it. Of course, it dented in such a way that the bottle would no longer stand up straight. I went in to explain what had happened, hoping maybe there was a policy for things like this. The owner said the company likely wouldn't credit them for an at-fault incident, but she said she'd give them a call and see anyway. Five minutes later she comes back to say they'd accept the return and to choose a new bottle. She didn't have to call the manufacturer - she could have easily said tough luck". She definitely went above what was necessary for me and I'm thankful for it!"

My wife really likes coming here. They are very service minded people, ready and able to answer your quarys. There is a couple of products that she has looked up and found they work very well.
