This is actually our second time with Banch as we thought we were better off with another firm. Well we’re back and happy to be! Drew and his team welcomed us back with open arms and assured us if we’re patient great things will happen.

When we first started Banch, I was very grateful for the knowledge of the team because they well-informed us about how to properly execute a business plan.However, we came to realize after a few days that their communication is extremely poor. We received confirmation from Drew that we would have our refund without a few days. Well, it’s been more than 2 weeks and we still have no refund or even a simple response from Drew. I have reached out to him multiple times to receive absolutely nothing from him.I recommend finding a different marketing team because they will let you down with their terrible communication skills.

This review was originally made a couple of months ago but wasn't posted on here for some reason. Seeing that other people are having negative experiences too, I'm now reposting my review to hopefully help more people see the reality of how this business operates.I am honestly super disappointed with my experience with this company. It is the most dishonest company I have ever bought something from.I am not trying to slander the company, owner or the people that work with him but simply sharing my experience with them.I'm writing this review because I wish I saw something like this before I dealt with Banch Marketing, so I hope that this can help others. They also don't allow reviews on their website so here is my honest review from dealing with this company which will hopefully help others.Firstly, I am not a person who likes writing negative reviews, like I usually never do it and the only review I wrote this whole year is about this company and a credit agency. Again, I am not trying to slander the company, owner or the people that work with him but simply sharing my experience with them.This is what happened. So I purchased their mentorship on Feb 10 and I was super excited to start. When I started emailing them I would receive replies 12 hours later and they would be very basic replies which I could just search up.After a few days of this I realized that this isn't worth the $180USD/mo I was paying for it. So I sent an email asking for my money back since his ad showed that there's a money back guarantee for the mentorship. I sent about 6 emails and 4 DMs and they still didn't send my money back. March 10 came around and I was charged another $180USD.So in total, Banch Marketing took away $360USD from my card and they were still not refunding my money after several more emails and DMs. After 2 months of emailing and DMing with an additional charge and no refund at all, I had no other choice but to call my bank to dispute the charges.About 3 weeks after disputing the charges, Banch Marketing spoke with the payment processor and sent a reply back through my bank explaining why I do not deserve my money back. They said that I didn't ask to cancel the service" and that "they don't offer refunds for any reason". You can't make these things up

Just kicked off my partnership with Banch Marketing. So far I would say that they are very thorough and want to make sure that my foundation is set. They are calculated and careful when it comes to where to invest my budget to get the most out of it and I will say that that is my favorite aspect of working with the team at Banch Marketing!

I hired banch marketing in December of 2021 and it was a complete nightmare. We paid them to get started and soon after that we communicated that we needed to place everything on hold until after the new year because we needed to make some back office/website/product edits before moving forward. . . And we told them we would let them know when we were ready to move forward.They ended up charging us for BOTH January, and February before we told them we were ready to go and had made the needed changes on our end. Drew (the owner) was completely unapologetic and even tried to blame us for his careless mistake, and poor listening/communication skills. Kelsey (who was our first rep) helped us set up Facebook Business manager ~ which was helpful ~ but immediately after that he activated our campaign and ran ads we did not only not approve, but did so when I had asked him specifically not to run any ads BEFORE we gave 2 thumbs up of approval to the pictures/images and text that was going to be used.Everything was supposed to be on hold, but I noticed two emails from Facebook with a receipt -to my surprise- for the $100 worth of ads that we never approved or confirmed our support for. Once we were charged AGAIN without our consent, I asked that Drew jump on a call with us because I needed reassurance before we could move forward since Banch kept making frustrating and expensive mistakes that proved they weren’t listening.He completely ignored my request for a phone call of simple reassurance and did not acknowledge or address the fact that his employee wasted $100 of our money, nor did he offer to refund the money due to their incompetence.At this point I asked for a refund for moneys that we paid in January. I figured if Banch is screwing up this poorly when we’re literally not even live and are asking them to sit and wait, I can only imagine what will happen when we’re ready to go live.He agreed to give us a refund but asked if we’d be willing to give them one last try to move forward and continue using them as our ad agency.Against our better judgment we decided to let them keep the $999 fee for their months labor and have them work for one more month after which we would decide if it was worthwhile to keep them on board.Long story short it was not worth it. They ended up changing our ad guy from Kelsey to Austin. That being said unfortunately we did not get one sale from working with banch, only additional headaches.They had no system in place to discuss weekly or biweekly meetings re progress and I had to always be the one to ask for updates. We never received any spreed sheets, charts, or back office reports to show how we were progressing not to mention when I hired a mentor after banch they couldn’t believe banch didn’t communicate that our Facebook page was completely blank which could’ve been a reason for no sales.Overall the experience was awful, Drew is the worst of them all, he’s completely arrogant and will not take responsibility for his own nor his team’s mistakes. They’re completely unorganized and it shows.I was fooled and naively believed that because Drew created the successful Christian apparel brand ‘God The Father’ that he could help take my brand to the next level. Turned out not to be true and that’s highly unfortunate.I should’ve know better when the advertisements for working with Banch Marketing only ever displayed the shopify sales and growth for the single successful brand god the father (owned by Drew the owner of Banch). Big red flag. No proof of actual other clients he’s partnered up with and brought greater attention and success to.I do not think he’s a bad person. I think he’s unorganized and not a good person to do business with. run far away, save yourself, Also I believe majority of their google reviews are fake a couple of days before we left Bach Drew added Evan Urquart as an admin to our account, so interesting to see Evan Urquart leave a 5 star review for banch , is this just a coincidence? You be the judge. I also still have all the screen shots from our slack!!

We have been using Banch Marketing for years and are very happy with the customer service and professionalism. Drew or one of his team members is quick to get back to us if we have a question. I felt that they were true to their word and have helped scale our business. We are happy with the results.

Drew, and his team at Banch Marketing have completely blown me away. I did not know what to expect when I first joined Banch as it was much cheaper than what I was expecting I would have to pay. It has been incredible to watch my business grow with him and his team by my side. He not only helped me grow my business with his marketing, (fb and email) but he has also helped update and adjust my website completely. On top of all that he has helped me with how to format social media posts, as well as him and his team always being a message away whenever I have a question. I would highly recommend anyone work with Drew and Banch, you will see your business grow fast no matter the field. I can personally say I will be working with Banch for the next 20 plus years as I love that fact Banch is a small agency that cares about its customers. He has done wonders for my business which I am beyond grateful for!!!
