Left a voice mail to find out more about the service and no response even four days later. App is automated and can have to run through it several times to get a job even to the pending stage. Everything is hired out so no one to talk to about the job directly, just rating service. The actually work depends on the third parties, which to be fair did a reasonable job, not perfect but reasonable.

Hired this company to perform a spring clean up at my Mother-in-law's property. Company was very quick with answering any questions. Showed up when they were supposed to, and did a great job. Very fair with their pricing. Hire with confidence.

Amazing company (best in the city). The system is comparable to Uber, except for your lawn. Actually, it's better because it has greater customization: YOU decide what to pay AND the frequency (NOWHERE else is this offered). My phone is 5 years old so I couldn't download the app, but this was no problem. A worker accepts your request soon after (depending on rain conditions) and an invoice is sent a few days later (can pay with credit). NO stupid contracts. NO nonsense. Great service! Ordered the fall cleanup package and asked for it to be done when they had time that week, the next day the crew came and did the work. They stuck to their quote and worked efficiently. I paid for their debris cleanup service ($5/bag of debris) and they left no trace of clippings or leaves behind. Will be using them again!

I was referred to this company by my next-door neighbor. I just used this company for the first time on the August long weekend. I set up the appointment via their website on Friday, and their service provider came the same-day. The mowing and trimming was very thorough, covering everything we wanted and they met all of our identified requirements. Our yard looked fantastic still when we got home a few days later. I highly recommend this company for their professional and timely service and their easy and efficient payment options via their website. Thanks again! I posted this review and was contacted by the owner. I am quite satisfied with the resolution, so have changed my rating.I requested a same-day mow before the rain that was forecast for that evening. They weren't able to make it that day, which is fine, but it poured all night and they came the next day and mowed it wet, which is exactly what I was trying to avoid. It looked ragged. I was selling my house, and the new owner said it looked like it hadn't been mowed for weeks when, in fact, it was mowed less than a week before. It's a corner lot, and they didn't mow outside the fence. I was told I picked the wrong picture on the website, but I picked the closest one I could find and, if they're doing this professionally, they should know corner lot owners are responsible for the lawn and sidewalk beside their property, even outside the fence. I let them know and I was thanked for the feedback, but offered no compensation.

Spring Package ordered and was completed. Fast service between the order and a rainy week. However first chance of sunshine and dry grass, and the guys were there promptly and completed all the work in a very fast, timely manner. Everything was exactly as planned. The guys took the extra bags of lawn clippings and left the yard in a very nice, neat, manicured presentation.

I have had used the service a few times now for snow removal and lawn mowing, and really love it for the convenience. I had concerns during last couple mows, the person who performed the service left the bags of cut grass on the lawn itself even though I mentioned in my note to leave them on the curb for garbage pick up since I was out of town. But my concern was quickly handled and the bags were removed from the lawn and put out on the curb.So it is a great on-demand same day service for lawn mowing and snow removal.

I discovered MowSnowPros after a bad car accident which left me no longer able to snow shovel my own lot. This concept and their services are amazing! I can't say enough about how happy I am with them. You could even order their services if you were away on holidays (IF we ever get to the point of being able to do that again). I recommend their services to all my friends and family. Much better and cheaper than being locked into a yard maintenance contract. It's like Uber for your yard! :)

We had used MowSnowPros for numerous years for snow removal at rental properties during vacations and they had done a good job. Recently, we had enlisted their services again and there were issues at all properties ranging from large, missed areas to dangerous ice build-ups to blowers being used late into the evening. These resulted in multiple complaints from our tenants, neighbours and Canada Post carriers.When we relayed how the jobs had gone, the response lacked any accountability but rather it was suggested that the blame was ours for not having someone check their jobs (while we were on vacation) and report back about the problems. It was also found that there was no minimum standard for snow removal (ex. clearing down to the concrete) as each of their independent contractors does the job to their own standards and abilities.Without the peace of mind of having a responsible contractor caring for our properties, we were forced to end our relationship with them, remove them from our contractor list and move onto a new company that values our business and has a higher standards.
