Just want to thank Steven for his fast and professional response. We are from out of province and you throughly inspected our new house and gave my husband and myself confidence in our purchase. Walker Home Inspection
Steve was excellent. We worked with other inspectors when we bought properties, however none were as thorough as Steve.In our current search for buying a house we saw his report on a property we looked at. When we finally found a house we wanted to put an offer on we asked that he does the inspection.His report is excellent, very well written and with a lot of helpful details.

Steven Walker is good at what he does. He accommodated our complicated schedule, answered all questions with clarify, went above and beyond of what's expected from the inspection. His report was done on the same day, it's thorough, with quality images and comments attached. His reporting system is amazing, it's easy to read, it's colour coded, and it has a flexibility of exporting selected parts, so it can send to the interested parties.I can recommend Steven with confidence for any house inspections.

Over the years we have probably had at least eight home inspections with different inspectors. Steve's inspection and subsequent report was the most thorough, informative and useful service we have ever had. He saved us from purchasing a potential money pit and I will definitely call on him again.

Steve did the home inspection on a property we bought in Kingston. He is by far the best home inspector we worked with. His inspection was thorough and the report is very detailed. He includes in the report sections on routine maintenance and preventive wwork needed. Excellent value. We strongly recommend him

Walker Home Inspection
Steven was awesome. , we reviewed key areas of concern and he focused on those first. His report was very detailed and great photos of all his inspection findings helped identify the deficiencies. He was very thorough and reviewed the findings so I could make an informed decision. Steven took the time and provided a professional, thorough report. I was very satisfied with his dedication and his fun and friendly demeanour. Definitely a great service.
