First time dog owner, and it was my first time getting my guy groomed. I don’t know who was more anxious between the two of us. Initially I just wanted him to get groomed before his neutering appointment then I’d look for another groomer later on. However, Katie did a fantastic job! The whole family is in love with how Vision looks. I also think it’s really cool that I just showed her a picture and he came back like that picture (after all the Reddit horror stories I was unsure). Now I’m not going to waste my time elsewhere. Also, just as an observer the staff all see like genuine people that if it comes down to it I know I have a safe space to board him and even just to socialize. Super cool, thank you guys!
