The people are nice but there are very few things to buy. Parking can also be a bit difficult during busy hours.

One of central Calgary’s classic corner groceries, but has seen better days. I really hope someone invests the money into this gem to bring back the full store I remember from decades ago. Still, they have most things you need at fair prices and the nostalgia is worth the trip.

The best corner store in Calgary, especially during the Pandemic! When the city was sold out of toilet paper, Maple Leaf had it. The same with yeast, flour, hand sanitizer, face masks, etc.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars.The man working there is extremely rude and cold.I was outside of his store, my dog did his business. I asked not even for a dog bag, I just asked for ONE BAG because I had none.I had no money and he got mad at me and he got more and more angry at me (the customer, who was speaking in a calm and simple tone) and I finally went, okay
