I went to 5 of the highest rated body shops to get a quote to repair the damage on my car. Lakeridge was able to give me a free estimate the same day I went in and got my car in the next day to start working on it. The estimate was very fair and I am appreciative of the quick turnaround they did on my car. Highly recommend.

Recommend 100%July 2022This Whitby business provided excellent, trustworthy body repairs and top notch customer service by ROSIE who, on our behalf, reached out to the car rental agency to ensure there were no issues at that end. For our peace of mind, ROSIE updated us over 3 days. Customer service such as this is very rare.Thank you Lakeridge Collision Centre and ROSIE.

My husband and I are more than satisfied with our recent experience at Lakeridge Collision Center. The repairs were done in a timely manner and everyone was very professional. The star of the show is Rosie who took the time to listen and understand that we were overwhelmed to say the least. She told me that everything was going to be fine". It was just what I needed to hear at that moment and she was right - lots of phone calls and updates made all the difference for us. We are very happy with the repairs and the experience overall. We would absolutely recommend this company."

What I wanna know is how so many people have left good reviews about how quick the service is here when we have been waiting for 2 MONTHS for our car back. Different excuses everytime and it’s always “next week” “next week”. Not impressed. If ZERO stars was an option I’d choose that but that would even be too high of a praise for this establishment.

We had some work completed on one of our trucks after an accident and Lakeridge Collision Centre did not disappoint. The owner, Stephen, was hands on during the entire process. We needed our truck back asap and Stephen understood our need and made us a prioroty. He showed us his new paint booth. This thing is massive. I think you can park a transport truck in it.

These guys were great! I was sent here from my insurance company to get some body work done. From the receptionist to the estimator, everyone was very friendly and professional. My car was fixed in record time and the quality of the work speaks for itself. I was throughly impressed. Highly highly recommend. It is very hard to find a great auto body shop and I am so happy I found these guys!
