Contacted The Salon after friends who have had their hair cut or colour at this Salon, made a recommendation. Checked out their online reviews and booked in advance for a wedding party. We were in and out in just under an hour. Within one hour of our visit, our hair was falling out and frizzy. Very poor execution.I have been in several weddings and never had a hair appointment for updos that is less than a few hours. I was very disappointed in our experience. I did reach out to the Salon who ensured me the owner would contact us but have yet to hear from them. On a positive note, staff were friendly and the interior in beautiful. I have not had any other services here but I would not recommend this place if you need an updo done for an important event.Response: although it did rain on this day, it rained on my own wedding day, but on that day my hair stayed put. Done at a level of professionalism that took the weather into account.I would recommend letting clients know you book for only an hour as this is not typically of a Salon for such an important day.You have lovely staff and a beautiful Salon, it is too bad that the services did not meet our expectations. What an incredible afternoon spent getting my hair done by Megan. Every single staff seemed to acknowledge me in some way being so kind and making me feel like a little celebrity. I am usually a very restless person and the 3 hours absolutely flew by. My confidence has sky rocketed not just from the outcome of the hair but how amazing I was treated by the staff. Megan is so efficient and listened to exactly what I asked for. I usually get my hair done every few years but I made another appointment in about 6 weeks just because it was such a pleasurable experience. Thank you for the amazing job well done.. you made my weekend!

Horrible. I've never ever asked for a refund from a hairstylist before, but for $450 they messed up my hair so badly that they told me it couldn't be fixed. The owner called me to discuss the refund and spent the entire call straight up bullying me to the point I was somehow the one apologizing the entire time and barely got to speak. Actual high school-type bullying, telling me she talked to all the stylists and they all agreed my hair looked awful" when I walked in

I can’t thank Brooke enough for fixing me up when I was having a seriously bad hair day.. She is confident in her work - I knew I was in good hands!! Not to mention just how friendly her and all the girls are at The Salon. I’m so happy with how my hair turned out. THANK you!!!!!

The owner called me to come back in and have my bangs fixed since Heather cut them very crooked. About an inch difference on each side. When I came back to get my hair fixed I was brought to the same hairdresser who was just annoyed and rude because of my complaint. She cut my hair quickly and dry. The owner only reach out because she did not want the bad review. Well, her employees should learn manners. I never felt welcomed, it was not relaxing, and it is very overpriced considering. Heather especially was snide.

This salon is not recommended. I am currently going through chemotherapy treatments and they refused to install my extensions, as they were not purchased from their salon. Do NOT recommend.
