Even though the time of year was not the best to list, they did a great job of marketing. What impressed us the most, however, was the very detailed feedback after each showing. Rob was fantastic. He presented a clear marketing plan that included social media, print and we were even featured on his tv show. He kept me up to date, offered suggestions and was great at getting back to me after viewings. He seemed to have good relationships will buyers searching until they found the right place for them. I was surprised how many buyers he brought through that he had sold them more than one cottage or he had been working with since last summer. His team Shirley and Robert were great back up when he wasn’t available. All in all an excellent experience.

We would highly recommend using Rob Serediuk when considering purchasing or selling your cottage. Rob is an expert on what to look for and takes the time to educate his clients, provide honest feedback when it is needed most and he knows the market he is working in from the importance of the lake size, water quality, position of the building/dock for sunlight, proximity to amenities and knowing the true market value of a property - Rob knows it all!
