As a website design firm in Waterloo, we have been hosting client websites with Stormweb for many years. As an example of their outstanding service, I recently submitted a support ticket at 10 o'clock at night for a problem of my own making . To my surprise, Stormweb's lead support technician Dave Barcroft, responded at that late hour and had my issue resolved that same night. I highly recommend Stormweb for great hosting and support.

Asked for a guaranteed 30-day money back (which is advertised on their website) and after taking some time they agreed to refund only part of it stating that they need to charge me for domain registration (which is $28 per year). And it's ridiculous.

Support takes forever to reply... Been trying to resolve an issue over a week now

I have been usinig Stormweb for a number years now and I am quite happy with the service. My website has been stable with no server issues. Whenever I have had something happen with the site (my fault), they have been able to help me out even it was something on my side. I would get a quick response to my inquiry and the person responding easy to understand. I have had accounts with some many service providers and Stormweb has been better for site stability and customer service then the big guys (hostgator and bluhost). If you are looking for a webhosting company that has approachable customer service and answers that do help (instead of a line at the bottom of a FAQ asking Was this answer helpful?") I would recommend Stormweb."
