Rude customer service at 'Surrey' mall. I wanted to exchange/return a few items that I ordered online on November 26th. I received them on December 22nd night. I came back to store on December 26th since 24th and 25th were reduced hours and/or closed. Cashier argued there's a 30 days return policy from the date ordered and not the date delivered!! Another cashier pitched in saying it's only 14 days return policy from the date of delivery again. So when I said it has only been 4 days since I got them delivered to me, she started saying all the dresses at the store are final sale without even looking at my dresses or the invoice (PS: I'm at the store on boxing day and dresses are on final sale today. However I ordered them almost a month ago when it was not a final sale!) Clearly she was just trying to support her co-worker!!!I called the customer service at Burnaby store and they agreed the return/exchange policy is from the date of delivery, and offered me to visit the store on the 27th since they're busy on boxing day.I'm never going back to the Surrey store. Cashiers need to be trained on customer service.

Today I have purchased a dress for the first time from suzy the stuff was good however, staff is really rude with us. They were non cooperative at all. May be that was mine first and last visit in this store

I had the worst experience in this store. every time you visited staff has bad attitude. one girl working near the dressing room told the customer to hang the clothes in rude way. She was Coming back and asking customers doing shopping to go back and hang the clothes. What is the point of staff working near changing room if they doesn’t want to do the job. moreover she argued that why you are not putting it back and fighting with customers.No sorry no thank you whatsoever. Visited again they were staring and talking about us in-front of us. no professionalism at all. Love Suzy but these girls making it so hard to come back in the store.

Super helpful girls! one girl stopped what she was doing to help me in the fitting rooms even though she was busy. hats off to the hardworking girls here

Punjabi manager at this location needs to get her head out of her rear end. She accused a little boy, darker skin of stealing while he's mother was shopping. Mall security all punjabis came and took nasty face's side. Lady said to the mother that he is not raising decent kids. Manager should first learn how to pronounce English words. She talks as though she just came out of the bush. When police arrived at the location, she ran away like a little coward. If you don't like darker skin people go back to your little holes. She would have NEVER done this to another PUNJABI!!Nobody should be treated badly because of their skin color. Shame on Suzy Shier for hiring staff with stick up their rear end.

The best customer service very helpful staff. They greeted me right away and helped me choose a bunch of nice clothes.

Me and My friend were at this store to return , although we had tag and receipt with us and yes they never helped us. But they humiliated a lot us, and one of the Indian girl even smirked aswell. When i asked about what she found it funny in that while we were talking to the manager. She got super rude and super offensive about it and then they started threatening us that they will security. And after everything they said we are doing customer service, What kind of CSR threat customer about calling security because they are looking for help . Koodos to the person who hired them.Never wanted to give a bad review but those 2 girl made me do it.

Very poor customer service. Lack of communication amongst staffs. I had some items put on side and specifically told one of the employees I'd come the next day to purchase since I ran out of time, Came the next day nothing was there. I was told to look for it again for the 3RD TIME. The staff was so rude and unfriendly. I didn't get all the items I had to purchase due to very poor service and checkout was unfriendly as well. Very very disappointed with being a regular. I hope the employees are well trained and learn their customer service skills be professionals to earn their customers.

What should I say, this is place is just amazingly fabulous and the staff there is so cooperative. I was there last week and found so down to earth staff and they were really helpful. They truly helped me in buying a lot of stuff for my family and friends. I so recommend this place.The business etiquette flows top to bottom, the entire staff so helpful and nice because the manager was also helping the buyers with the same zeal.It was a lovely experience, I loved it.I am back to India now but I wish Suzy opens a store in India and sends or hires the similar staff here too.

I love their collection of clothes, it was my first time visiting the store and manager there Mehak helped me so much. Seems like staff really cares about the customers. Store was clean and so many options to go through. Will recommend my friends to visit the store.
