Prices are not fair. Unfortunately, they own the territory so they can quote whatever they want.I asked Delasol to quote me on the de-icing prices. They quoted me 500$ for the season.Chasse Neige quoted is 1200$The price of salt is not $1200 a year. Its maybe 300$. They are marking up the price product by 400% ...They havent passed by enough....leave jobs half done...

Would only clean out 1/2 the drive way. When I would submit a form for them to come back they only came back 50% of the time. They would also plow snow into my neighbor’s walk way they did this almost every time.

Unfortunately, every single time that it snows, the operator blows 3 feet of compacted snow/ice into our pathway to the house. It defies the purpose of hiring that company as you'll need to shovel another two hours for their lack of care for quality service. Yes my driveway is clean, but the lack of judgment in that case is incredible.

Pushed a ton of snow infront of my car and left it there for me to shovel? It's been 3 days I can't use the car.. what are we paying for here? Stupidity and incompetence that's what.I have nothing nice to say about this company.

If I could rate this -1000 I would. This company is the worst snow removal company ever!!! They don't pass by enough and when they do the job is half done. They should hire more competent people.

Not so happy with their service and unfortunately there's no other choice in my area. Example today we could hear them in the area so we go outside and clear both cars ready for him to clear bottom of driveway where there was a big pile from the street clearing..he clears our neighbor because neighbor waved him over to clear his driveway..he clearly sees me and my husband ready and waiting for him and also my other neighbor ready and waiting..and nope he decides to go down the block and do the other houses. So now I sit here waiting for him to come back over one hour later. Just ridiculous.

You put the snow in the front of my pagarden porch. Very bad service. The guy drives like crazy. Quick quick. Now I'm stickers on the snow they moved from my driver two weeks ago. Stay away from this cocompany. I have proof of everything.
