By far one of my favorite companies to deal with, Great Management and Amazing Staff. With the way the industry has gone in the past 2 years they have adapted and the customer service is still top notch. I highly recommend using the public platform to sell your units and Encourage Dealers to sell there!

$25 per vehicle to use their ramp. Should be a courtesy. Not to mention that they stated the monies were for ramp maintenance and it was broken.

Adesa Edmonton post sale inspection is fake these days . This is second vehicle in one month they passed psi bt vehicle needed new transmission and they are trying to decline the claim .This is very valid claim they did psi on vehicle and no declaration of transmission slips.Buyers be aware when you buy at adesa Edmonton .

They falsely advertise the cars they are selling. My partner’s father purchased a car from them and drove all the way from Lethbridge, only to find that it was in horrible shape compared to the description. They have also sold a car to us & later said there was an issue & could not be sold. Later we found the car back on their website for a much higher price. I would never trust their services again.
