Don't skip this place when touring wineries near the Bay of Fundy! We went for lunch and it was 10/10.✅️ Make a reservation✅️ Sit outside on their patio✅️ Order a flight of wine✅️ Eat delicious food

Visited Lightfoot & Wolfville on a Friday afternoon. I have to say it was quite busy and this impacted the ability to taste their wine properly and enjoy the location. I tried to book a tasting about a week ahead but there were no availability so I opted for the walk in option. I managed to have a tiny spot at the bar and taste their product, unfortunately due to how busy they were I did not receive much I formation about products. Everything felt rushed to make space for more people. I did a classic and sparking tasting which presented a nice overview of products.

Came here after proposing to my partner and I reached out to them ahead of time. They were extremely accommodating and even went as far as arranging to be my rain contingency proposal plan. Cant say enough kind things about the staff!The food was equally as perfect! The oysters were fresh, crab salad was unique and flavourful and the mushroom and leek pizza was a 10/10. Highly recommend if you're in the area!

This place has a great atmosphere. We had our anniversary dinner outside under the tent and it was lovely! They treated us so well, and went above and beyond. Our server was so incredibly warm and friendly. The food was delish, especially the pizza. If you're looking for a nice summer date spot this is the place!

A beautiful tasting room and dining area at L&W. that has high ceilings and lots of light coming through even on a gloomy day. A must visit if you’re in the area.There are several level of tasting from there signature, sparkling to their premium (aka portfolio). You are given 3 tasting on their signature and if the host is nice enough, he/she may pour you another.Would have liked to try a wider range of products, but when tastings are $16-$35 per 3 1 ounce pour can add up very quickly and a detour on wanting to buy bottles. At B&B, I was able to try all their line on the one tasting and shipped home a case of wine. I believe there is a balance on charging for tasting to what a customer is willing to buy. I see this as a missed opportunity. The host was very knowledgeable on the wine and region, but gave us the air of someone more qualified than my subjective opinion of my own tastebuds, so I left with 0 bottles. Would I come back, undecided. May come back for the food!

I was in Wolfville area for the weekend, out of Montreal! We visited Lightfoot and had a great time. I enjoyed the Riesling and one of their sparkling white. Nice place, amazing staff, and their restaurant has a great menu. Great thin crust, wood-fired pizza and antipasti platter. Thank you so much Steve for the hospitality :)

Pizza was great, asparagus crab salad was not, carpaccio was decent, chowder was sooo salty and skimpy on infredients (skip it) atmosphere was great

I attended a fall wedding here recently. I had an assortment of the drinks on offer but my favourite by far is the bubbly rose. Food was great as well. If attending outside of the wedding, you may need to budget as it isn't cheap but it is well worth the visit! Food pictured is seafood chowder and duck confit.

For ambiance, wine, and more, Lightfoot and Wolfville is a MUST STOP place! You can't beat the view sitting on the patio, and with a restaurant onsite, all of your needs are met. For those travelling with dogs, the dogs are allowed at the grassy tables just not in the tasting room or restaurant area.

We visited Lightfoot & Wolfville Vineyards just recently and we had a great experience.It was still early season so, the vineyards weren’t yet displaying their full splendor but, all around, it is a beautiful place.We were there for lunch so, we tried their famous pizza, a few appetizers, dessert and, of course, their wines.Overall, the food was delicious. The pizzas didn’t disappoint at all, specially if you can appreciate the simple and rustic style well executed.Service was very nice too. Our waiter and his trainee were very friendly and attentive. They shared details and recommendations and took the time to chit-chat a little as well.After lunch, we went inside for a tasting and tried a flight with other different wines. We enjoyed all the wines that we tried during our visit so, it was definitely worth trying.
