Great experience with AC Vinyl Windows from start to finish! Mike came over and gave a very professional quote on the spot and provided much information. Our windows got removed and replaced by John and his sons which did an excellent job all around including clean up etc. Windows are amazing and we definitely noticed a difference on energy costs already!Would recommend to anybody. If you’re looking for windows look no where else than AC Vinyl Windows!!

We had 8 new windows installed this week by Bob and his team. A quality product and the guys were a pleasure to deal with, courteous and very professional. All my questions were answered, they kept us posted on the progress, but most important they kept the work area inside and out clean, organized and out of the way as much as was possible.We have dealt with many installation companies over the years and these guys are the very best.We highly recommend A C Vinyl 5 stars !!Wayne

Mike is very knowledgeable and did the quote on site, Nikki was very helpful and had the paperwork sent right away. Paul and his helper did an amazing install job and they took all of their debris away. The windows look great, operate easily and are extremely easy to clean! Would highly recommend AC Vinyl! Way better than what you’ll get from the big box stores on all levels!

I was more than satisfied with my new windows from AC Windows. Actually surpassed my expectations. I just can't believe the improvement and difference in noise reduction, warmth and aesthetics with my new windows.They are a quality firm with outstanding employees- take the time to explain lubrication, operation and details about the windows. They are very friendly , helpful and professional. When I need windows in the future they will have my business with no hesitation or calling for quotes.

We had three quotes to replace all our windows. AC was the middle quote. They had a combination of a good product which they would also install, their own permanent installers, and an unhurried time frame for the installation.Mike Weiss, the salesperson was excellent both in explaining their product - and flexible in revising our order as our thinking changed. The fact that AC manufactured as well as installed their own windows was a key factor. The added bonus was that they are manufactured in Niagara and come with a life time warranty and a non-prorated 10 year labour warranty.The installers, Bob and his two person crew, did a masterful job in installing the windows. They were respectful of our home as well as garden, and did a great clean up. There were various decisions required with the outside capping of the windows, with Bob invariably having an excellent solution. All the questions we asked during the installation were always answered politely and knowledgeably. I especially liked the fact that Bob was highly efficient in his work but never hurried.We regret that we put off installing new windows for too many years now that we have these excellent replacements. I would highly recommend AC Vinyl.

We love our new windows. Entire process was smooth and efficient. Mike did not try to upsell us and made sure we understood all of our options. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable. Installation was a breeze. I would not have even known there was a team of people installing the windows. They left everything neat and tidy. We will definitely be using them again in the future when we are ready to replace the rest of our windows.
