A month ago I traded in my iPhone 12 for an upgrade to an iPhone 14, plus got extra accessories such as the mag charger, phone case, lightning usb cable with socket plug too. Cathy was very friendly, knowledgeable, and sweet in helping me set up my new phone. She is amazing in her customer service from start to finish. So go and look for her if you need a new phone or any other related inquiries too!! =)

We stopped at the Fido booth 1st to get the promotion of 50gb for $45.00 well, it was a complete disaster and we came to Wireless when we met Cathy and she was beyond professional..!!! She had everything done in a matter of 15 minutes, not only I got my plan 50gb for $45.00 but we got a brand new IPhone 13 for $10.00 a month. Cathy we just want to thank you for making things so wonderful and extremely easy..! Congratulations Cathy you are awesome

At the urging of my associate based on his experience yesterday at the store on upgrading his phone, I decided to upgrade my phone to an Iphone 14 pro max today. Bhumi their OUTSTANDING sales associate was a joy to deal with! If you are considering changing carriers and or your phone be sure to speak with Bhumi! She will take great care of you!!!
