I highly recommend Andrew at In View Home Inspections! Andrew is extremely professional and polite. You can tell he really knows what he's doing. His knowledge, experience and thoroughness gave us the reassurance we needed. He took time to ask exactly what our needs were and if we had any concerns upfront. He also explained the whole process before he began. Andrew stopped every step of the way to explain his findings in a way that we could easily digest and understand. He is very detail-oriented and genuinely seems to care about what he is doing. We found his inspection to be completely thorough and the report he provided at the end explained (and showed us) everything we needed. I'd be surprised if you could find a better value anywhere else.

We hired Andrew for our first home purchase and were so blown away by his diligence and professionalism that we unquestionably hired him again now that we have purchased our second home. He is not only incredibly thorough in his inspection, he also provides an incredibly easy to follow tabbed inspection report with diagrams showing the issue and the ideal solution (for example drain pipe configuration). He also found time to have a chat with me following our review of the inspection report (I am the handy woman in my house but was unable to attend the inspection due to work) and patiently cleared up all my questions. He even categorizes any issues he does find in order of importance so you can use the report as a sort of to-do list for your home repairs/improvements. Even my step-dad was impressed by the report and he is a difficult man to please as he is very knowledgeable when it comes to these kinds of things! I cannot recommend him enough.
