Dave is awesome, plain and simple. Hired him for a home inspection and he took time out of his weekend off ON THE 4TH OF JULY to do a 3 hour home inspection. Dave was prompt and very friendly. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. As he inspected the property he made notes and explained scenarios and situations. I found him to be extremely helpful in determining what rises to problematic and what is basic maintenance. I would use Dave again and highly recommend him for house hold inspections and home maintenance advice.

I would highly recommend Dave as your home inspector. He was very knowledgeable and walked us through every square inch of the house. Make sure you have enough time to go through everything and allow time for him to answer your questions. We went around the house several times, took out a drone for roof and chimney inspection, through the entire property from foundation to roof and everything in between. Highly recommended to anyone.

Inspector Dave showed up early, was very thorough, walked us through everything, explained every detail, showed us the issues without rushing us and was very honest when he saw red flags. He made time for us on a Saturday to do a home inspection, which was very much appreciated! He took his time (4 1/2 hours) and was very professional and personable! If/when we need an inspection done again. We will be hiring Dave! My husband and I highly recommend him to all!

I can't speak to his home inspection skills but don't hire Dave for any construction project. He will not follow through on anything that he says he will do.UPDATE:Dave had 2 weeks to pickup the doors. I left multiple voice mails and sent multiple emails to him but didn't get any reply from him until I posted the bad review.I just got done getting a refund for the doors from Menards before he called. I'll find someone else more reliable to do the work.

David came to the home location full of energy and enthusiasm. Pointing out not only any concerns or things to keep an eye on but also the good things as well. Making suggestion to improve an area that was safe and up to code but could be utilized better. Would recommend.
