Great place to go and get your passport done. I got there at 7:30 and only 9 people were in front of me in line. I waited until 8:30 to enter the building and enter the queue. My passport photos were smudged from the ink on the back and I had to get new passport photos and was able to use the signature off the old photos. The workers were very nice and helpful and I was able to leave by 10 am!!!

Had such a great experience. I was the first person inline and the lady that help me was so nice and helpful. Still lots of people still waiting to get in for passport. We receive my son passport in exactly 2 weeks, I'm shock that it came in so fast. Keep on doing what you doing at the Langley location.

I had a very good experience here !I lined up at 7:30 am, Was 10th in line.By 8:30 am things started to move. The lady at the front counter was very thorough and professional with paper work. Further down I was assisted by Laurie ( Not very sure if I am spelling it correctly).She was very social and efficient. She made sure all the information for Passport is entered correctly. We had a good interaction for couple minutes and I was out by 9:15am. Cheers!

i arrived here around 0730am on a Monday and theres around 10 people ahead of me. the lady guards asked each one of us our purpose there then they instructed us to go in. receptionist lady was informative when asked regarding what you need. then waited for around 30-45mins until i was called in. the lady helped me was super nice and welcoming. she told me that it will be delivered around July. then i was done after 30mins. in total, around 2.5 hrs of waiting and processing. not bad for a walk-in for new and first passport application. no appointment was made. this place is less crowded than expected and very welcoming and nice people.update: i got my passport by mail after 11days..including weekends. yehey!

Received fantastic service! I had a booking for my passport application! It took me 2 min Max to be called and the lady helping me ( Trisa if am not wrong) was so professional

Courteous, helpful, clear-communication is what I received! Waits are long but they do a great job keeping people organized and informing people of steps and expectations. The waiting room is comfortable, there’s computer stations and desks to finish up paperwork at, and I was treated with respect. You’ll want to get in the line tho before 7:30–it gets busy! And if you need a passport asap, this location can’t process that and they have to send you elsewhere.

Came on a Monday at 7:30am. I was first in line, but after that people kept arriving. By 8:30am there was approximately 30 people in line. The security guard who came out was polite and nice, as well as all the other staff. They took me right away. The woman who assisted me was named Tricia, and she was very helpful, pleasant and professional. My passport renewal took a little longer, because it wasn't a simple renewal (I was changing my last name to my married name and had to show all the documents etc). It was still quick. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. I was out right before 9am.

Make an appointment especially if you’re getting a passport!!! I arrived at 8:40 to get a passport and didn’t leave until 2:30. The front desk lady was rude to all the customers but the lady that helped me with my passport application was very nice and efficient.
