Simpsons Tile and Flooring Distributors

I just took some flooring samples from this place and I have to say, I am already thoroughly impressed! Shyla (?) was so absolutely wonderful. Very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Also I had been to several flooring places and they have the best prices and TONS of options!! If I dont buy, it will only be because the samples didnt match the room. Otherwise I will be referring everyone to them:-)Update: we did end up buying all the flooring from here . Looks great!

Pleasure to deal with. Lots of selection with fair pricing. Installation took place in the timeframe we were quoted and was installed professionly, even coming back for a touch up on trim as promised. I would definitely use them again. Very pleased with the outcome!

We bought ceramic tile for a lower level bedroom and hallway. The tile was priced below all competitors and the installation was expertly completed. The result is GREAT! We will use Simpson Tile & Flooring for upcoming flooring projects including replacement of old laminate.

We came here over a year ago to purchase laminate for our first home, we went to several places offering the same flooring. Simpsons had the best selection and the absolute hands down best pricing. no need to haggle or ask for a price cut or anything like most people try and do at flooring distributers when buying lots of product. I went back more than 4 times and he helped me out EVERY time. I recommend everyone to come here first and last. No need to shop around when he truly has it all at the price that will NOT break the bank, and they are open SUNDAYS!

Great customer service, pleasant office gal and the Owner, Dennis Simpson came out to our other place and measured it himself for floor tiles. GREAT work ethic, fantastic prices. Really recommend these people!

Bought and had installed vinyl plank flooring in 5 bedrooms. They were super quick and did an excellent job. Left everything super clean. They had to come back to fix one crew that was working its way back up and again left everything completely clean and put back together. They were also able to fix massive creaks without pulling up my hardwood first saving me money. 100% would recommend!

We had ordered our flooring for the entire house through Simpson's (luxury vinyl flooring for throughout both floors). The flooring was beautiful. We installed ourselves. Then we ordered stair covers through Simpson's to match the flooring. It took a long time to come in and when it was finally in turns out Simpson's had ordered the wrong size. Instead of fixing their mistake they refused to take the product back or give us a refund despite it being their mistake. Their reply was simply too bad so sad. These stair covers were VERY expensive and after already spent a lot of money with Simpson's on our flooring you would think they would treat their customer better. Very disappointed and disgusted. This is not the way to do business.

We started working with Dennis and Shalyn about 2 months ago we approached them about a rebrand and website. We are so grateful that we have met such respectable people with so much knowledge in the industry. We essentially knew nothing about the flooring gig before we embarked on this journey and as we continue to work together they teach us more and more about the industry and their product. We highly recommend them as they are London's number 1 flooring distributor.
