Very rude, not helpful at all. Wanted to charge us $ 50.00 to come back with the bride’s mother on a different day. Also the ugliest dresses I have ever seen in a bridal shop. If they offered me any dress in the store for free I couldn’t pick any. There are so many stores in the area with much nicer dresses, better prices and very nice sales people. Stay away don’t waste your time

I just visited this place to get my second dress and the lady who opened the door for me she was rude. She said we don’t carry short or simple dresses for a second dress which I understand but she also said we also don’t carry samples your size!! We just carry Xs and small!! That was really rude. I felt offended however I’m size 10 which is not hard to find!! Sorry but who you are to talk to people like this!!

If your looking for a truthful review here’s mine.I’ve been to Dovita only once while they have a sale going on, I love their dresses and I did get mine from there.However, I feel like they need to work on the client’s experience as my decision was absolutely rushed due to their sale policy even though I knew I wanted my dress from their store they only gave me the offer by the end of the day only.I feel like as a young bride I would have appreciated the patience with me and giving me the chance to make a decision not on the same day first day and only got to try the dress on for once.As a bride I really wanted a full experience of getting to put on the dress as many times as reasonable to feel like it’s the one.Again I’ve only been there once and I still have a visit very soon and if anything changes I will update my review as I do want it to be truthful for brides out there.Just keep in mind if you want the full experience you get in any other stores you won’t here as everything is really rushed which’s really not the ideal situation for a bride especially for me an hour wasn’t enough let alone coming all the way from Mississauga to Vaughn.In terms of their staff they are lovely people but it’s just the rules they have in place aren’t clientele friendly

According to my Fiancé, Dovida bridal has the most unique and beautiful dresses that she have ever seen. This was our first ever bridal dress shopping experience and let me tell you, don’t waste your time and go anywhere else.The gowns are amazing!! New styles and classy. Whatever you want you likely will get here. Staff were amazing and helpful. Most importantly, the prices will not break your bank!Will be referring all of our friends here!

Found my wedding dress here! The owner and associates are all helpful and made the process great and easy. They took my precise measurements and reassured me that everything will be as agreed upon. Disgusting customer service & consideration for what’s supposed to be “about the bride”.Changed date and time on me once, I was fine. I confirmed.I was called a day before my appointment and yelled at because my original reservation said I would like the bring 4 people to accompany me but I was informed twice since that I’d only be able to bring 2 people. That was fine. I made adjustments and had already confirmed with my group that only 2 people would be able to “say yes to the dress”.This woman who obviously doesn’t understand English and the fact that I had ALREADY accepted the change in date, time and quantity of people yelled at me over what was my original request. There was no semblance of how delicate this time in a bride’s life is.I wish this company all the best in their future endeavours & hope other brides have better experiences than I did.
