Super friendly staff. Lots of great selection of good-looking furnitures. Audrey was very patient and attentive. Even though I saw some other customers being super rude to her, she still remained composed and professional.

Structube is where you can find a well presented variety of home furnitures and decorative items, customer services is yet to stand inline with the best ones of the market, however I recommend visiting the venue.

Not a great experience dealing with the after sales department. We bought a bed in January, and received a few days ago. There was a cut in the headboard when we opened the box. Emailed this store, and the most they're offering is to repair the headboard, yet telling me the repair will be visible. They implied that it was us who damaged it when it was opened however that's not possible. They then offered to replace the headboard for additional money.. Ridiculous that we have to pay for something that's not our mistake. The repair was free howeverstill a rather disappointing and infuriating experience

Unfortunately I don't know the manager's name that I was speaking today but he understood my issue and address this quickly. They have very good customer serviceUpdate November 18I have to reduce my scoring and below is the reason....My bedside tables have not be received since my initial order on June 19, 2022 and this is third time delay(the new days is mid of Jan 2023). This is not acceptable. You can not just say we can cancel your order and refund your money since I have already ordered and received bed and drawer. Basically you put me in odd position to look for another beside table which is more expensive. Not sure if I shop there anymore

Thanks for non existing customer service. After you put the deposit, you are basically dead to them. Called 5 times during opening hours and nobody pick up the call. When someone did, that particular person was busy. Left a phone number to call back and nobody did for last 3 hours. I had to go into store to deal with the sale at the end. Totally waste of my time. This will be the last purchase I will ever make from them

This store just opened this month. Very new and clean. It’s definitely a great place to shop for stylish, affordable furnitures. Staffs are nice especially Audrey. We bought a sofa and pillows and we really like them!

The underside of the sofa was damaged when delivered. Second we opened up the package there was a large hole on the of the dustgaurd that is supposed to protect the underside of the sofa.When we brought this to the managers attention, they sent us an email back saying since it's at the bottom of the sofa, no one will notice it. Basically telling us out of sight out of mind". So irresponsible.Just because it is not visible does not mean that it is not a damaged product. The hole is over an inch wide and my cat will definitely be going at it making the hole bigger and bigger. Dust and fur will collect in there defeating its purpose.As a paying customer

Plenty parking. Very clean and organized. They have lots of nice displays and beautiful furnitures. But the staff was busy chatting at the counter on their own and no one approached me to ask if I needed any help.

To its credit, style looks good, which deserves the only star I would give. But everything only “looks” good.This is the worst ever self assembly furniture I have ever purchased, no matter comparing with other big box furniture retailer or Amazon. I am surprised by how the parts can be unfitting with each other. The assembly process is full of sweats and frustrations. The instruction manual is difficult to understand. Obviously the manufacturing process of its furniture is lack of quality control and not well-thought out from the customer perspective.I bought 4 dining table chairs for $139each. Way overpriced based on the frustration I experienced. Stay away from this brand, there are much more valuable things you should attend to in your lives, rather than wasting time to figure out how to put those unfit parts together with a confusing installation manual.
