M.A.X. Overhead Doors

It hurts me to do this, but I did some advertising work for Max Overhead Doors over a YEAR ago, and after countless calls, emails, and MANY confirmations from them over the last 14 months that we would be paid for the work we did (which had raw ad costs associated, so we're out money, not just labour), we have been met with nothing but empty promises. Some of our calls with them even had them saying how busy they were, and that's why they hadn't managed to pay us. Nice that they're so busy and making so much money, but can't take the time to pay a small business who could desperately use the funds on the back of COVID nearly shutting our business. I have to imagine that anyone who would purposefully screw over a fellow business would be someone that I may not want to trust with work around my house. Fair warning.

Great pleasure having a deal with MAX Overhead Door, especially Jorge - the installer.I ordered garage door from HomeDepot and Jorge come checking our site. He’d given me exact advice what I should prepare the gate opening before delivery. On the installation day, Jorge’s team did the job very quick, clean and well. Home Depot made some wrong panels, and he helped me to claim for new ones. I'd wanted to return those wrong pieces at once but I am happy I didn't do that, thank to Jorge's wise advice just leaving the gate as is until replacement, otherwise our garage would be nake" for … 4 months!After 4 months

Jorge is great! He came by the day I called to check that the space we had available beside the garage door was sufficient; I wasn't sure, he gave us a very reasonable quote on the spot and completed the work in a few hours on one day within a week of hiring him. Responded quickly and resolved one follow-up issue. Would definitely recommend!

Embarrassing service from this company. I ordered a garage door through Home Depot and this company was subcontracted to do the install. They installed the opening button at the far end of the garage which makes it useless and installed the door very crooked. I have spoken to them 4 different times to come and fix their work and every time they would schedule a time to come fix and then no show. After the fourth time they just stop responding to my messages.

M.A.X Overhead Doors removed my old tilt up garage door and installed a sectional door in April 2022. They were very professional and had excellent communication. They did a great job and I am very satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.
